Meditation Almost every one of us has something or the other to heal,
Either physical or mental.
In today's session,
We will do a meditation that will help us heal a specific issue that we are facing,
Either physically or mentally.
So now I will request you to sit in a comfortable posture.
Make sure that your back is straight and relaxed at the same time.
Now gradually close your eyes.
Feel the presence of your surroundings.
Imagine the space around you.
Feel the air on your skin.
The smell in the air.
Feel the weight of your body.
And listen to the sounds around you.
Bring your awareness to your breathing.
Take at least three deep breaths.
And let your awareness follow your breath wherever it goes.
Now close your eyes.
Now close your eyes.
Now let's set our sankalpa or intention to be completely healed and to be healthy.
I will be saying the words of sankalpa three times and either you can repeat after me silently in your heart or declare it aloud.
It's up to you.
Let's start then.
I am completely healed and I am absolutely fit and healthy.
I am completely healed and I am absolutely fit and healthy.
I am completely healed and I am absolutely fit and healthy.
And now place one or both of your hands on your heart and think of someone whom you love a lot or think of a situation that made you really happy.
Now feel that love and happiness in your heart and feel the love and bliss spreading to your entire body.
You can now rest your hands.
And now do a quick scan of your body and find which part of your body requires healing.
And once you find it,
Place your awareness at that body part.
If it is your mind that is to be healed,
Then simply place your awareness at your brain.
Now imagine beams of light coming from the sky and entering your body through the sky.
Now imagine beams of light coming from the sky and entering your body through the top of your head.
The beams are now going down your face,
Down your neck,
And dividing at your shoulders.
Enter both your arms,
Then into your hands.
They are now flowing out of your hands and your hands are now radiating the healing white light.
Place your hands now on the body part that requires healing.
You have to move or bend to touch that body part.
You may do so.
Now imagine that there is a black coloured ball of smoke in this part of your body,
Which is the cause of discomfort in that area.
In your imagination,
Pluck this black ball from this area.
Take it in your hands and throw it away.
You only have to do the action of throwing this ball away.
And now that you have removed this black ball,
The cause of discomfort has been removed from your body.
Now keep placing your hands on this area of the body and let the beams of light coming out of your hands fill this area and heal it.
Imagine this area of your body filling with white healing light.
Now you can rest your hands and return to your original position.
Bring your awareness back to your surroundings.
Feel the air touching your skin,
The weight of your body,
The smell in the air,
And listen to the sounds around you.
Now wiggle your toes and move your hands.
And gradually open your eyes.
