Hello namaste and welcome to this practice.
My name is Saqib and this meditation is about multiplying abundance.
To multiply abundance we simply have to raise our vibration.
As you raise your vibration you start attracting things in your life that matches that vibration.
But before we begin with the practice I have a request.
I will ask you to think about two things.
One is a past situation in your life when you felt abundant,
When you felt whole,
Complete,
When you felt gratitude for life.
It might not necessarily be only that situation when you had wealth or prosperity.
But it might be also a situation where you simply felt the abundance of nature or gratitude for existence or maybe gratitude for your relationships.
So think about that moment in your life when you felt that abundance.
And the second thing I want you to think about is that future situation that you wish to manifest in your life.
The abundance that you wish to bring in your life.
So I'll give you a minute here to just think about these two situations and then we will begin with the practice.
And now allow yourself to get in a comfortable posture but also make sure that your back is straight but also relaxed at the same time.
A good way to check your posture is to check if the crown of your head is in alignment with the base of your spine.
Basically to check if your crown chakra is aligned with your root chakra.
That way it's a nice posture to have but again not too stiff,
Relaxed.
And then you can gradually close your eyes.
Let's start with becoming aware of your body,
Of your senses,
The sense of touch.
You can feel the weight of your body on the chair or floor,
Wherever you are sitting.
You can feel your clothes on your skin.
Become aware of the sense of taste,
Sense of smell.
Listen to the sounds around you.
And now become aware of your sense of inner vision.
By inner vision I mean your ability to see with your eyes closed,
Your ability to visualize,
Imagine using your inner eye,
Your third eye.
Let's do a quick scan of the body to relax the body.
Become aware of your head.
Relax your head.
Relax your face muscles,
Your neck,
Shoulders,
Arms and hands,
Your chest and your belly,
Upper back and lower back.
Relax your pelvis and your hips,
Thighs and knees,
Calves and your feet.
And now bring your awareness to your breath.
Become fully present with your breath.
Let your awareness flow with the breath.
Follow your breath as it goes in through your nose,
Into your lungs and then back from your lungs and out through your nose or your mouth,
Just for a while.
Allow yourself to observe the breath.
And now in your mind's eye,
Visualize that situation from the past,
That situation in which you felt abundant.
Visualize each and every detail of this situation as if it's happening right now in this moment.
Notice what were your surroundings like.
Notice the colors.
Notice what was happening in this situation.
Notice if there was anyone else with you in the situation.
Bring in the other senses.
Listen to the sounds that were there in this situation.
Notice the smells.
Notice any sense of touch.
And now I would request you to place one or both of your hands on your heart center,
At the center of your chest.
And now in your heart,
Feel that joy.
Feel that abundance.
And let this feeling spread to your whole body,
As if your whole body is smiling with joy.
Bring that smile to your face as well.
And visualize that there is this beautiful golden white light surrounding your heart.
This is the light of abundance.
And now you can relax your hand.
Place it back wherever it was.
And now we will do some breath work.
So breathe in abundance.
Take a deep breath and breathe in abundance.
And as you breathe out,
Multiply that abundance ten times.
Once again,
Breathe in abundance.
And as you breathe out,
Let that abundance be multiplied ten times.
With each out breath,
Visualize that that ball of light around your heart is expanding.
Once again,
Breathe in abundance.
And breathe out abundance ten times.
The light of abundance has expanded to your entire body.
And now again,
Breathe in abundance.
And this time as you breathe out,
Multiply that abundance 50 times.
Again,
Breathe in abundance.
Breathe out.
Multiply 50 times.
Breathe in abundance.
Breathe out.
Multiply 50 times.
And now again,
Breathe in abundance.
And this time,
Multiply the abundance 100 times.
Breathe in abundance.
Breathe out.
And multiply 100 times.
Breathe in abundance.
Breathe out.
Multiply 100 times.
That light of abundance has expanded in all directions.
You are now vibrating at a high frequency.
You are bathing in the ocean of abundance.
And now relax.
Let your body relax.
Let your mind relax.
And now visualize that future situation that you wish to manifest.
Visualize each and every detail as if you are there experiencing it right now.
Bring in other senses.
Sense of sound.
Listen to the sounds in this situation.
Feel the sense of touch,
If any.
And once again,
Place one or both of your hands on your heart.
And feel that joy of abundance in your heart.
Let that joy of abundance spread to your entire body.
Now you can relax your hands.
Let's again multiply abundance through the breath.
So,
Breathe in abundance.
And as you breathe out,
Multiply that abundance 10 times.
Repeat this a couple of times more.
Again,
Breathe in abundance.
And this time,
Multiply 50 times.
Repeat a couple of times.
And again,
Breathe in abundance.
And this time,
Multiply that abundance 100 times.
Repeat a couple of times.
And now relax.
Let your body relax.
Let your mind relax.
Feel that infinite abundance surrounding you.
Allow yourself to gradually come back.
Become aware of your body.
Notice the sounds around you.
Allow yourself to stretch a bit.
And then,
In your own time,
You can open your eyes and gradually come out of the practice.
And just for a few seconds,
Notice how do you feel now.
