
Manifesting On The Go

At times we find it difficult to take out time and to sit down to meditate for 15 - 20 minutes. For such times, Saqib will present to you a quick practice for manifesting on the go. If you are busy during the day but feel the desire for manifesting something, listen to this talk and use the practices outlined in it. For Saqib, this is something that he does everyday and finds it really effective!
Transcript
We sentient beings are creators.
Every moment of our existence we are creating,
Be it consciously or unconsciously.
Our thoughts and beliefs have a profound effect on the reality we experience.
So it makes sense to form beliefs and think in a way that would support your desires so that you have total control over the life that you manifest for yourself.
In today's session,
We will discuss that how we can stay connected to that infinite field of energy or in other words our soul and manifest the life of our desires even when we are on the go.
After all,
Most of us are not meditating most of the time during the day.
That doesn't mean that we cannot manifest when we are not meditating and that we should return to our fearful thoughts and beliefs after meditating.
In fact,
You will effectively manifest the life of your desires if you learn the art of manifesting on the go.
How do you maintain your state of mind at work,
With family,
On the street,
In your car or wherever you are,
Will decide that what kind of life you will create for yourself because you spend about 14-16 hours in a waking state when you are not sleeping or meditating.
So I would like to share some tools that I learned from various mystics which I found really effective when it comes to manifesting on the go.
Tool number 1.
Acknowledgement.
This is the first step and it is merely acknowledging the fact that you are thinking.
This might sound to be an obvious and simple tool but the reality is that many of us don't even realize when we are trapped in a chain of thoughts.
In fact,
Sometimes even an hour goes by and we stay stuck in those thoughts.
Hence as soon as you realize that you are thinking,
Acknowledge it by saying to yourself,
Oh,
I am thinking.
Tool number 2.
Analysis.
This step requires you to check what exactly you are thinking and categorize your thoughts into three parts.
Fearful thoughts,
Abundant thoughts and redundant thoughts.
If you find your thoughts to be redundant or unimportant for your present life and future life,
Take your awareness away from them and now check what your fearful thoughts were.
Your fearful thoughts can be,
My kids hate me or I always struggle to earn money.
And there are other kinds of fearful thoughts which might seem to be positive but are actually based on fear like,
I don't want that person to become the president of my country.
This is actually a fearful thought because it is based on the fear that what would happen if that person becomes the president of the country.
The third kind of thoughts are abundant thoughts like,
I am a great human being or I am creative.
This step of analyzing by categorizing might sound like a long process but spend as much less time as possible analyzing.
With practice you will be able to categorize your thoughts just in a few seconds.
Tool number 3.
Switching.
Now it's time to switch your fearful thoughts into thoughts of abundance.
So rather than thinking,
I don't want that man to become the president of my country,
Say I desire that the candidate with the most amazing leadership qualities becomes the president of my country.
And then you can switch your other fearful thoughts like,
My kids hate me to an abundant thought like,
My relationship with my kids from now on will be wonderful.
Tool number 4.
Elevating emotions.
Once you take control of your thoughts,
It's time to bring coherence between your mind and the heart.
You might be thinking abundant thoughts but that doesn't guarantee that you are also feeling abundance.
For example,
If you are thinking that I am going to have great relationships from now on but if you are feeling lonely then that feeling of loneliness will overpower your thought and what will you ultimately manifest is more loneliness.
Hence elevating your emotions is the most crucial step in manifestation.
To do that,
Put both your hands on your heart and then remember the person you love the most or a situation that made you really happy and then feel that love and happiness in your heart,
Feel that bliss spreading through your entire body and bring that smile to your face.
Tool number 5.
Affirmation.
It's now time to affirm what you are thinking and feeling.
So state loudly whatever you desire to manifest.
Let's say you have to deliver an impromptu speech.
Then using affirmation in the following way can be really helpful.
You say out aloud to yourself,
I am a great speaker and once you say it,
Feel that confidence building up in your body.
Affirmations are always stated in the present tense and they are based on the belief that there is infinite potential within you.
So when you say that I am a great speaker,
You tap into that infinite energy field and choose your potential of being a great speaker and then you attract that outcome into your present reality.
Tool number 6 is Krittagyata.
Krittagyata means gratitude.
Once you state your affirmation,
Feel thankful for it as if it has already happened.
When you feel as if what you desire has already happened,
The time between your thought and manifestation reduces and that desired outcome rushes to you and this is how you manifest quickly.
So for example,
When you already feel thankful for a new relationship that you want to create,
You will actually speed up the process of drawing your partner towards you.
Tool number 7,
Being.
This tool might also sound simple and straightforward,
But this is actually one of the most tricky and essential tools.
The process and the tools I mentioned before this will require not more than a minute to complete once you have practiced them well.
The rest of the time,
It is highly essential to stay grounded in the present moment and be what you desire to become.
Remember that manifestation happens from the present moment because it is the point when you let go of your past life and the point from where you start creating a new future.
Therefore,
Practice staying grounded in the present moment and staying mindful as much as you can.
As soon as you find yourself in the past or future,
Acknowledge it and gently bring your awareness back towards happening in your present surroundings.
Once you are seated in your present,
Just know that what you desire is coming to you and be that future person that you want to become by already feeling that confidence.
So I hope that you found value in the tools that I presented to you today.
Keep consciously switching your state of being throughout the day as soon as you find yourself drowned in fear.
Once you start spending all of your time in abundance,
You will see very effective and amazing results.
You will become a machine of creation.
With practice,
You will be able to quickly manifest your desires and create your life the way you desire to create.
