Today,
I am listening to my heart.
I am silencing my mind,
My thoughts,
All of my fears,
And all of the noises around.
I am listening to my heart.
Its voice is crystal clear,
And it knows the way.
There is no space for doubt.
I close my eyes,
And I listen better.
As I listen,
I acknowledge what I already knew,
What I've always known.
As I listen,
I keep calm,
And I allow the message to come in and to stay in my energy as a confirmation that I have received it.
I allow it to come to the surface and to become part of my conscious awareness.
I allow it to be real,
To be true,
To be mine,
To be part of me and my reality.
I allow it to be a decision,
A choice that I make,
An integration of myself.
I accept it as something precious and strong,
As something to be followed with joy and compassion,
With love and peace,
No judgment,
No resistance at all.
I listen to my heart as I listen to the first words of a baby,
As I listen to the sounds of the sea and the sounds of the birds singing in the sky.
I listen to my heart as I listen to the most beautiful song sung by the most beautiful voice.
I listen to my heart so carefully that I cry.
This message is so pure,
So powerful,
So persistent,
And so sharp at the same time.
It is the path of love,
Of unconditional love,
The path of most allowance,
The one that brings ease and alignment.
My heart speaks louder than anything else,
And yet it is so soft and so quiet.
It knows the truth,
My truth,
The one that I need,
The one that serves me as the soul that I am.
My heart speaks crystal clear,
And so I listen to everything it says.
As I listen,
I acknowledge what I already knew,
What I've always known.
