Sandy’s journey began in biomedical sciences, where she thrived as a Project Manager. She organized projects and programs and established quality systems and process improvement efforts within various organizations. Her leadership, strategic design, and cross-team collaboration laid the foundation for her current role as a coach and holistic health practitioner. In her teenage years, Sandy experienced a trauma that left a part of her sealed off. Despite appearing capable and high functioning on the outside, she carried an unhealed part of herself that she couldn’t articulate. Eventually, the weight of her hidden emotions began to surface in ways that contradicted her self-perception. This turning point prompted her to seek therapy, engage in self-study, establish a regular yoga and meditation practice, and later become a yoga teacher and coach. Through these experiences, she learned to set boundaries, embrace self-leadership, and choose clarity over old wounds. Sandy discovered the power of embracing all aspects of herself, including her wounded parts. Today, Sandy dedicates her life to teaching yoga and coaching women. She uses movement, self-discovery, and creating a compassionate space to support women who have undergone deep therapeutic healing and seek to rewrite and tell their story their way.
