Please take a seat or be seated in a lotus position.
If you are sitting on a chair,
Please have your both feet flat on the ground.
And have your upper body straight up.
Allow your hands to be on your lap.
Maybe on top of each other or on your feet.
Take a deep breath in.
And let go.
Completely empty.
Take another deep breath in.
And let go.
Allow your breath to take its own pace.
No need to force anything.
Have your focus on your breath.
Feel how you are breathing in through your crown.
And allow this energy to fill your whole upper body.
And with every exhalation,
Allow the energy to flow through your hands,
Through your feet.
Allow this beautiful energy go through you.
Cleanse you.
Bless you.
Heal you.
Sense every beat of your heart.
Your heart is doing a beautiful job.
Moving this energy all around.
Not only within your physical body,
But also your energetic body.
And also outside your bodies.
Feel every beat of your heart.
Really feel them.
And now allow your attention go slowly from your heart towards your shoulders.
And moving on to your arms,
Towards your hands.
Finally having your attention in your hands.
Feeling whatever you may be feeling.
Maybe there's a tickling feeling.
Maybe you feel cold in your hands.
Or warmth in your hands.
Whatever the sensation,
Please feel it.
Have your attention in this moment in your hands.
Maybe you can also feel your heartbeats in your hands.
Do you feel,
Just feel it.
Now please allow your attention to move slowly back up your hands and arms all the way to your shoulders.
And back to your heart.
Feeling your heart pulsating,
Sensing every beat of your heart.
Just sense it.
Feel it.
You may also allow gratitude to flow through your heart.
The gratitude go everywhere in your body and also outside your body.
Everywhere.
Now please allow your attention to come back to your breath.
Noticing how you are breathing spirit.
The vibration.
And love.
Allow this love go through you.
To go anywhere and everywhere.
It's like light emitting from you.
Lighting from you.
A gift from the universe.
A gift from you.
Allow gratitude to flow out of you.
All around you.
