My name is Sambho and I'm going to take you now to a simple meditation called Soham Meditation.
Please take a seat with your both feet on the ground or you may sit in a lotus position if you prefer.
Have your upper body straight up,
Allow your hands to be on your lap,
On top of each other or on your feet,
Whatever feels comfortable to you.
Now please take a deep breath in and hold it for a while.
Hold it,
Hold it,
Keep on holding.
Hold it,
Hold it a little bit more and let go.
Completely empty.
Please take another deep breath in and let go.
Completely empty.
Now allow your breath to take its own pace.
Do not try to force anything.
Just allow the breath happen.
Allow your focus,
Follow your breath.
And with every inhale,
Think of a word so and with every exhale,
Think about a word hum.
Inhale so.
Exhale hum.
So hum.
So hum.
Allow this happen at your own pace.
There's no rush,
No need to force anything.
Just breathe.
So hum.
At your own pace,
What is good for you.
No need to force.
No need to try.
Just breathe.
Inhaling spirit.
In love,
Harmony and balance.
So hum.
So hum.
Please continue this at your own pace.
Easily.
Effortlessly.
Lovingly.

With a rhythm that is right for you today.
With compassion to yourself.
Loving compassion to yourself.

You may now stop listening to the so hum words.
And just follow your breath.
Have your attention on the breath.
And slowly start sensing your body and the environment you are in.
No need to rush.
No need to try anything.
Just be.
Whenever you feel ready,
You may gently open your eyes.
And yourself for the moment.
You may bring your hands together.
Thumbs touching your forehead.
And slowly lowering your hands to your heart.
And then allowing them to lower to your lap.
