The intention of this guided meditation is to help the listener lean into the wisdom of their body. To be able to sit or lay down in stillness and shift from being in the mind and bringing focus and attention down into the body. This meditation helps to create a safe container where one can feel, sense, and listen to their body, whilst learning perhaps what it needs and what no longer is serving it.

Hey there beautiful,

I invite you to come into a comfortable position,

Sitting or laying down whatever you feel you need in this moment right here and now.

And as you come into this place of stillness that you have created for yourself,

Allowing the body to be.

And turning in,

Turning within the self as you gently close your eyes or soften your gaze in this space you have cultivated.

Allowing yourself to be reacquainted with this present moment and with your body,

Your home,

A home that we can run away from whenever we choose.

Keeping ourselves busy,

Doing,

Doing many,

Many things.

And not allowing ourselves to pause,

To be still,

To be quiet with self and to simply be a little more and do a little less.

Just acknowledging now,

Inquiring now,

How does the body feel?

Gently moving from head all the way down to the soles of the feet.

What sensations can be felt?

Is there pain?

Is there tension?

Is there tightness?

Can you allow and let be those sensations?

Letting them live as they are within the body.

Can you feel or notice any lightness or openness in the body?

Can you allow and let be those sensations just as they are?

No running away,

No forcing,

No should nots or shoulds,

Good or bad.

Just letting the body be and feel as it is right here in this moment.

Now in this moment,

Your body,

Your home,

Befriending its wisdom,

Befriending it as your guide,

Your truth,

Allowing it to lead you.

The mind will chime in.

The mind will wander.

The ego will shatter.

But this space,

This spaciousness and stillness,

This body,

Can you be a little more present with it?

Can you breathe a little deeper into it?

Shifting from the chatter of the mind into the physical body.

Softening and allowing,

Allowing all the feels,

All the sensations.

This is your home.

You are safe and held.

Letting yourself be.

Letting your body be.

Letting shoulders relax.

Hips softening.

Being with breath.

Letting breath ground and guide you back into your body.

Whenever the mind begins to wander and shatter.

Letting go.

Knowing that your body,

Your home,

Is here to guide you.

Never lead you astray.

Remembering and following this wisdom within.

Go gently now and always.

As we know,

Forbidden love remains.
