And coming into a comfortable position either sitting legs crossed or in a chair or lying down on your back just tuning into what the body needs today.
And when you're ready just gently closing down your eyes as we begin to turn within.
And as our intention here today is letting go of our fear,
Our worries.
And taking a deep mindful breath into the belly allowing the chest now to expand and gently letting go.
And again a nice deep breath in filling belly,
Filling chest and releasing breath from body slowly and controlled.
And once more breathing deeply in filling the entire body with breath energy and letting go.
And beginning to visualize now visualizing your body relaxed and just letting go of any tension or tightness.
Perhaps breathing a little deeper into those areas of tension and tightness.
And as we journey a little deeper within now I ask you to visualize yourself sitting on a smooth rock looking out to the ocean.
The sky a little cloudy,
Sun beaming piercing through a grey cloud.
And next to you on a small patch of sand wedged between two rocks is a box.
As you open this box you see a blank pad of paper and a pen.
And you begin to write down all of your fears,
All of your worries.
Everything you fear will be,
Won't be and allow all your worry to be released onto the piece of paper.
And as you write feel your body's warmth encased around your being a golden light protecting you and guiding you to let go.
To fear no more.
Fear no longer controlling your every existence.
And as you place all your fears in the box body and mind lighter.
A weight lifted.
Closing the box sealed tightly.
You move to the ocean's edge with box in hand.
You place the box in the ocean.
Ripples of the ocean pushing it further out to sea.
Waves now crashing over the box and box no longer in sight.
Your fears a distant memory.
No longer having a hold over you.
Free you are.
Your fears expansive.
Opportunities and desires renewed.
And clarity.
Mind no longer clouded.
And possibilities reawakened.
You step off the rocks diving into the ocean.
Cleansed and free of the fears that once held you back.
That once held you back from living out your heart's desires.
And resurfacing.
You gently come back to this room.
Back within these four walls.
Stillness and ease.
Surrounding your body.
Feeling your entire body.
As you melt a little deeper into the silence.
Lighter.
Freer.
Sinking into being without fear.
Gently being here.
Right here.
Right now.
And if the mind begins to wander.
Just repeating in your mind.
I am free.
I fear no more.
I can be here.
Right here and now.
And gently bringing your attention now back to the breath.
And just noticing the breath naturally ebb and flow.
In and out of the body.
And observing how the body feels.
And gently taking a deep breath into the belly.
Filling the chest.
Causing at the top.
And releasing breath through the mouth.
Sighing out of the body.
Once more deep belly breath in.
And letting it all go.
Gently perhaps starting to wiggle feet and fingers.
Circling ankles and wrists.
Being gentle and kind with your body as you reawaken.
Reawaken into a new reality.
Where fears are no longer controlling you.
Having a hold over you.
You are clear now.
Able to move forward.
With opportunities.
Eyes,
Hopes and dreams at the fore of your mind.
