So often, stressful situations can take up our entire brain space. We always feel like we need to be thinking, problem-solving, or worrying about the stressful events happening in our lives. In this meditation, we'll practice putting the stressful thoughts and feelings down, so that we can feel freedom. It helps us to feel and notice all of the other pieces of our lives that aren't connected to the stress. Then, we'll do a body scan to relieve any last places that we're holding tension.
