Hello beautiful souls. Welcome to my heart. I write poetry to make sense of, express, and capture how I feel, in any given experience, as I make my way through this life. Some of the things I experience in life can be very hard to logically explain, but poetry doesn't need, and has never needed, to be logical. What my poetry means to me may be very different to what it means to you. Such is the beauty of art. I hope it touches you, in the way you need to be touched, in this very moment. From my heart to yours. Namaste.

Thrust into my arms,

You were hysterical,

And you clung on to me,

With terror in your eyes,

So small,

So lost,

And in so much pain,

Eyes searching the crowd,

Calling out his name,

But he'd been taken from you,

Long ago,

And now,

Here you were,

In my arms,

Not knowing which way to turn,

Feeling unsafe,

Unstable,

Ungrounded,

Needing a soft place to land,

My heart swelled and constricted,

Simultaneously,

And in that moment,

I knew,

That my arms would be your new home,

That I would give my life,

To keep you safe,

Two worlds collided,

That day,

In divine timing,

Two souls,

Meeting,

As they were always destined to do.

Meet your Teacher
