Hello beloveds, As someone with Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder I know how tough the healing journey can be. I have designed these affirmations as a reminder to you and to myself of how amazing we are. Sometimes you just need to know that you are not in this alone. That wherever you are on your journey and however you feel, it is OK. You are a brave soul for being on this path of healing, so please be kind and loving to yourself. Healing is not linear and we are doing the best we can at all times. I hope these affirmations help to remind you how amazing you are.
