Hello beloveds, As someone with Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder I know how tough the healing journey can be, and that is an understatement, tough doesn't begin to describe it. I have designed these affirmations as a reminder to you and to myself of how amazing we are. Sometimes we just need to know that we are not in this alone. That wherever you are on your journey and however you feel, it is OK. You are a brave soul for being on this path of healing, so please be kind and loving to yourself. Healing is not linear and we are doing the best we can at all times. This is the longer version of my previous release so that you can use this for sleep or deep relaxation. The affirmations are repeated and it does not matter if you fall asleep, as your subconscious will still hear and integrate them as you sleep.
