Shannon Allstott

Originally from Portland, OR, Shannon has been meditating since her teenage years in the early 80s. She has a passion for helping others find ways to manage their stress and anxiety, and has trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). Shannon is also a body worker, and combines her love of meditation, breathwork, yoga, Ayurveda, and medical massage in her practice in Fort Collins, Colorado.
