Notice the part of your experience that you refer to when you say I.

Notice that what we refer to when we say the word I is our self.

The self is the most intimate part of our experience and it's the one part of our experience that we continuously overlook.

Notice that when you say the word I,

As in I am walking down the street,

I am hungry,

We are qualifying the naked presence of being with some type of experience.

We say I am hungry.

I,

The experience of pure being,

Am experiencing a sensation of which I call hunger.

And what we tend to do is instead of experiencing it like that we say I am hunger.

And this is okay when we refer to hunger,

But when we do the same thing with anxiety or fear we become the fear.

So instead of experiencing I,

The pure presence of being,

Meditation itself,

I'm experiencing anxiety or fear,

We're saying I am fear.

And we don't just do this with and we don't just do this with feelings and sensations,

We do it with most things.

If you go to your experience of I right now,

The experience of being alive,

When we say I or I am,

We are referring to the experience of being alive.

Ask yourself,

Would I agree that I am alive in this moment?

Now when you ask yourself that question,

You will go to the experience of aliveness,

You will go to the experience of pure being.

And notice that it's not a feeling,

It's not a emotion,

It's not a sensation,

It's not a thought,

It's not an image,

It's not a perception,

This raw naked sense of being alive is what we refer to when we use the word I.

And it isn't itself qualified by anything,

Qualified as in,

It isn't itself made of anything,

Nothing actually touches it.

Just like the movie on the screen never touches the screen.

In the same way,

This raw experience of being alive never touches hunger,

Never touches anxiety,

It never touches fear.

But just like the screen on a movie,

The screen pervades the entirety of the movie.

In the same way,

This raw sense of being alive pervades and is intimately one with all experience.

So on one level,

We are not the fear,

The hunger,

The anxiety.

But on another level,

We are intimately one with the fear,

The doubt,

The anxiety.

The fear and the anxiety arise when we're not fully enveloped in the being alive aspect of our experience.

We overlook being alive and forget this pure intimate sense of being and we absorb our identity in the anger,

Or the fear,

Or the anxiety.

And therefore we lose ourself in it.

The fear,

Or any type of suffering arises when that which is alive,

In other words,

You,

When that which is alive believes that it's alive in itself,

That it's alive in itself,

You,

When that which is alive believes that it's aliveness is limited and illusory.

Think about it.

If there is a reality,

Which there obviously is,

It must be present in all experience.

Even if the experience is illusory,

Even if the experience we're having is a dream or a simulation,

There must be a reality to it.

An illusion has to be sustained by a reality.

And by definition of there being anything at all,

It has to be sustained by reality.

And reality can only be one thing.

It has to be true.

It has to be true.

It has to be true amongst all changing experience.

If it changes,

Or it's dependent on something,

Then it isn't reality.

If it can be,

If there can be an experience without it,

Then it isn't reality.

In other words,

It isn't ultimately real.

Last night's dream had a reality,

But it wasn't ultimately real.

A thought has a reality,

But it isn't ultimately real.

Your dream finds its reality in your mind,

And your mind finds its reality in consciousness.

A thought finds its reality in your mind,

As your mind,

And the mind finds its reality in consciousness.

So let's think of any experience that could possibly happen.

What can you not take away from any experience in order for there to be experience?

In other words,

What can you not take away from any experience in order for there to be experience?

In other words,

What is fundamental to experience that without experience could not exist?

It would be the awareness of it.

You could not have experience without the awareness of it.

And this would be the same for a cat,

A dog,

A dog,

A cat.

A dog,

A mouse,

A wasp,

God,

Entities in a DMT realm.

You cannot have experience without the awareness of it,

Because awareness is what experience is made of.

And notice now that you are awareness.

You are the awareness of your experience.

The I that you refer to,

Which refers to being alive,

Is pure awareness.

When we say being alive,

We're saying simply,

I am aware that I exist.

And if you were to ask yourself if you exist,

You would say an undoubtable yes.

If you are awareness,

Then you are that which stands alone through all changing experience.

Which means awareness is fundamentally real.

I aware that I exist.

I am aware that I exist.

By awareness,

I mean the knowing aspect of your experience.

Now tell me,

How could something fundamentally real be limited to something that is fundamentally not real,

Namely the body and the mind?

As we know,

The body and the mind start and end.

They exist in time and space.

They're subject to limitation.

Awareness has no size or shape.

It has no form or color.

Therefore,

It cannot exist in time or space.

If it cannot and does not exist in time or space,

We call that eternal.

And infinite.

Infinite beyond space.

Eternal beyond time.

So if awareness is eternal and timeless and infinite,

How many eternal,

Timeless,

Infinite awarenesses can there be?

There can't be any.

If any,

There has to be one.

You can't have two infinite,

Timeless awarenesses,

By definition of being infinite.

You can't have three infinite awarenesses.

Otherwise,

They would have to be a part of the same field of awareness.

You can't have a number of infinite awareness.

Infinite isn't a lot.

It's not loads.

It's beyond the calculation.

It's beyond rendering a calculation even possible.

Because it's beyond time and beyond space.

All mathematics,

All currency exists in time and space.

So you can't have more than one infinite awareness.

If you can't have more than one infinite awareness,

Then each of us must be sharing the same awareness.

If each of us is sharing the same awareness,

We may be having different experiences.

We may be experiencing it with different minds.

But the absolute awareness aspect of our experience,

That which knows our experience,

Is always going to be the same awareness.

If it's the same awareness,

Then awareness must be the reality of all experience.

If awareness is what you are,

Then you are the reality of all experience.

Therefore,

You are not limited by your experience.

You are not limited by your experience.

You are not limited by your experience.

You are not limited by your experience.

You are not limited to the body and the mind.

In fact,

It is the experience of the body and the mind that is limited to awareness.

What all eight billion of us are doing is we have this subconscious or unconscious belief that our being,

Our awareness,

Is the reality of all experience.

That awareness is limited to the body and the mind.

And that without the body and the mind,

We cannot exist,

And we will not exist.

If we believe even just a smidge,

Even if there's a slight doubt that awareness isn't infinite,

Or that awareness is limited to the body and the mind,

Then we will face the consequences of that belief.

And we will,

As being the absolute creator of reality,

Awareness itself,

That which is alive,

Being,

They're all synonymous,

That which creates reality creates its own illusion.

And it uses belief in order to believe that it is limited to the body and the mind.

So infinite freedom,

Out of its own infinite freedom,

Creates its own limitation and believes itself to be limited.

And in that limited belief,

We experience all forms of thought.

In that limited belief,

We experience all forms of suffering.

That is the birth of suffering.

That which is ultimately real,

That which ultimately exists,

That which is reality,

Believing itself to be dependent upon something that is not reality.

Therefore,

If we believe we are limited to a body and a mind,

We create the inherent belief and consequence of that,

Which is that I do not exist.

Because for something to exist,

It has to be real.

And if we don't think we're real,

We will experience fear.

And if there is any type of belief that we are limited to the body and the mind,

We are saying that the body and the mind,

Something that starts and ends,

Something that's subject to limitation,

Somehow has the capacity to birth something that is absolutely real.

Even though that thing itself is illusory,

It's temporary,

It's limited,

It's last night's dream.

Last night's dream did not give birth to you in the same way the body and the mind did not give birth to awareness.

All fear,

All anxiety is built on that belief.

The belief that I,

Infinite being,

Am limited to this temporary finite,

Subject to limitation experience.

So now,

In your experience,

Recognize,

As we have,

That you are fundamentally real,

Undoubtedly real.

It is self- evident that you are real.

You do not need to check from science.

You don't need to scan the brain.

You don't need to find any philosophical book.

You just know that you're real and you know that you exist.

If you exist,

You cannot be separated from reality.

So you must be the stuff reality is made of.

Therefore,

Anything you experience must be made of that reality.

Therefore,

You are infinite.

You are timeless.

You cannot die and you cannot be born.

You are beyond birth and beyond death.

There is nothing that can limit you.

When this is seen clearly,

Any fear,

Any anxiety,

It goes out the window.

What would there be to fear?

What would there be to be anxious of?

And when we recognize that we all share this infinite awareness,

This infinite consciousness,

The source and field of all experience,

When we recognize that through other people,

This is what we call love.

Everyone is subconsciously searching for relationships so that they can unconsciously recognize and absorb themselves through the vehicle of another person into the shared recognition that we are inherently one.

We do it naturally in the same way that the baby knows how to breathe.

Somehow a baby knows how to laugh,

To smile.

No one taught it that.

In the same way no one teaches us to go to our souls.

Notice that this sense of being alive,

When you go to that sense of being alive,

When you experience your aliveness,

You are experiencing the same aliveness,

The same awareness as everything and anyone that could and has ever existed.

A soul is created when this infinite,

Pure,

Undivided consciousness localizes itself in order to experience a different aspect of itself.

This is why we hear that all souls are an aspect of God,

All souls are a branch of the Source.

They're not merely a branch of the Source.

They're not merely an aspect of the Source.

They are the Source.

We are the Source.

There is nothing else to be other than the Source of reality.

There is nothing else other than God in order to be an aspect or a branch of God.

All experience is made of God and all we have to do to experience that is simply be alive.

There's nothing else to do other than that and even that is something that we can't even do.

It's something that's already happening.

Thank you.
