It doesn't ask for your attention. It doesn't need you to focus or follow along. It simply wraps around you and begins doing what you've been too tired to do yourself. Letting go. A few minutes of soft, intimate guidance to help you arrive. Then eight hours of this sound, steady and close, holding you through the night like a hand you don't have to hold back. This one is for the nights when you're exhausted from holding yourself together. When you need something that will simply stay. When you just need not be alone in the dark for a while. You don't need to understand it for it to work. You only need to be here. Sleep, love.

Feel where your body touches the bed.

Notice where you are being supported.

You do not have to hold yourself up.

You're allowed to rest.

Your nervous system knows how to settle.

Your body remembers how to rest.

If thoughts come,

That's okay.

If feelings move through,

That's okay.

There's nothing to fix,

Nothing to perform.

You do not need to understand this for it to help you.

Let your breath be exactly as it is.

No need to deepen it.

No need to slow it.

Just notice that it's happening.

This sound will stay with you through the night.

It's steady.

It's predictable.

It will not leave.

You're allowed to disappear into rest.

You're allowed to drift without effort.

Let your jaw loosen.

You don't have to hold your stomach in.

You're safe to rest.

You're safe to let go.

Let the sound carry you.

Let the day dissolve.

Let yourself be cradled by this quiet.

And the sound will stay with you.
