Hi there,

Welcome to this meditation for affirmations for self-love.

If you're lucky,

You grow up with people who always told you they loved you.

So with time you build this bank of love,

You know,

That you go to and pick some when you need to.

Because you know what it is.

But if you're lucky,

Maybe you grow up somewhere where nobody ever told you that they love you.

Or that you're valuable.

Or that you're beautiful.

And that means you don't have anything,

You know,

Stored somewhere to go back to when you're looking for an anchor for self-love.

But today we're gonna go over some affirmations.

Whether you have a past full of love or not,

These affirmations are for you to create that storage of self-love within yourself.

Because the love that you give to yourself is the most important.

Without that,

You can have all the love from other people,

But you will never be fulfilled.

So as we are going through these affirmations,

Say them from the bottom of your heart and fill them.

That's the only way that this will work.

So let's get started.

Go ahead and sit comfortably.

Let your arms rest on your laps.

Relax your jaw.

Relax your face.

And close your eyes when you're ready.

Take a slow deep breath in.

And let it out.

Take another slow deep breath in.

Let it go.

Here are self-love affirmations that we're gonna share together today.

So you can repeat these loudly or in silence,

Just filling them.

Everything I need is within me.

I have the power to change my world and the world around me.

I believe in myself and all of my wonderful abilities.

I love my body,

So I take care of it with eating healthy and staying active.

I know that I'm good enough to achieve anything.

I celebrate myself because I am an amazing person.

My life is full of happiness and love.

I let go of negative beliefs and negative self-talk.

I set healthy boundaries and say no when I need to.

I embrace all of my fears and understand them as a way to improve.

I deserve happiness,

Love,

Peace and freedom.

I celebrate my successes and set goals regularly.

What I give to the world is what the world gives to me.

I like that one.

What I give to the world is what the world gives to me.

I love myself unconditionally.

I accept my flaws and look for ways to improve daily.

It is easy for me to take constructive criticism and learn from it.

I let go of mistakes I've made in the past and know that they taught me powerful lessons.

I am beautiful inside out.

I choose not to take things personally but rather learn from what everyone says.

I accept compliments with ease.

Loving myself is a priority.

I radiate confidence and self-respect.

I deserve to be loved for all that I am.

In order to love myself even more deeply,

I take time to think positively.

I honor my intuition and follow my inner voice.

I am a lovely person for people to get to know.

I am valued as a dear friend and deeply loved family member.

I am not afraid to honor my emotions and fill my feelings.

I surround myself with people who also respect themselves.

My voice is powerful and my opinion is very influential.

You can go back and repeat these affirmations and believe in them.
