Welcome to the meditation with the beautiful fox.
Slowly make your way into a comfortable position.
Feel how your shoulders are going away from your ears.
Take a deep breath in,
Fill up your belly,
Fill up your chest.
Slowly fill up that way that your shoulders are going all the way to the back and your shoulder blades can touch.
Hold and then slowly let go and relax those shoulders again.
Find a way that is comfortable for you,
Which may be sitting in a chair or laying down.
Make sure you're nice and warm.
Have a blanket close by.
Just know that being in meditation,
Sitting in the energy of the beautiful fox will guide you.
And if there is an itch or a distraction,
It's okay.
Just let it come and go and with your breath,
Bring yourself back into the meditation.
I invite you to imagine that you are walking through this beautiful wood.
There is trees and scrubs,
There is sand and leaves on the ground.
You really walk on your own pace,
Your own rhythm.
You can smell the difference of the different trees that you walk by.
You feel how the ground is supporting your feet and you hear the sounds that it makes when you put your feet on the ground.
You sense the wind playing with your hair or it goes over your face.
With every step you take,
You feel more and more relaxed.
You're in this beautiful,
Magical wood.
You know that you don't need to worry.
You can leave your worries behind.
You know you're in a safe place and you're in charge of what it looks like.
My words are an invitation to guide you,
But if you feel inspired by fox to go somewhere else or change my words,
Of course you can do that.
You find this beautiful tree and when you look down,
You see there is an opening between the roots and you go and have a look inside.
And while you kneel down,
You notice that you fit in and you enter this beautiful entryway and you slide all the way down.
You enter into this beautiful place and you realize you just slide into this beautiful foxhole.
You look around and it's organized and neat.
There's a source of water,
A place to play,
A place to rest.
You find a beautiful place to sit and while you're sitting down,
One of the foxes who lives in this beautiful place enters the space as well.
He is not surprised you're there.
The fox tells you welcome.
I am so grateful you picked up my invitation to come today.
You feel a big grin on your face.
The fox invites you to come and walk so that he can show his beautiful home to you.
While you're standing next to each other,
You feel how soft the fox feels.
You feel how your hand is going over his body and the fox carefully leans against you.
He has kind eyes,
His ears are forward and he says,
I know exactly why you're here.
Come and follow me.
You go into different hallways,
But you can always see the beautiful tail in front of you.
It swishes up and down.
After a little walk,
You enter an even bigger space and you meet his family and all the little foxes that are running around.
They pull you on your pants,
They want you to come play.
Before you know it,
You're playing tug of war and running and racing and you're rolling on the ground.
Just take a moment and feel that energy,
That playfulness.
After a little while,
All the little foxes,
They kind of relax and they find a place to rest.
You go sit with your fox.
You have a lot of questions to ask and the fox just tells you to relax and calm down.
This is a journey,
There is no speed.
The fox starts to explain first that you can always come back here.
This is his sanctuary,
But he invites you to come to this sanctuary as well at any time you need support,
Guidance or just some time to play.
He takes away some of your disbeliefs and questions that are just based on unsecurity and a little bit of fear.
He shares with you that you are a unique person and that you are here to develop yourself and to have fun and to enjoy.
He's happy to come and show you the way and show you what you need to know.
You feel how calm your energy is and instead of the whole list of questions and intentions you have,
You're just going to ask him a few.
Just know that I will hold space and if you need to come in and out,
You're always welcome to do so.
Just take your time and maybe ask what the question first is,
What is your name?
And then take it from there.
And just notice that your conversation is coming to an end.
The invitation to come back is there always.
You feel how your heart is just filled up with this beautiful,
Powerful energy.
Calmness is in your body.
The knowing is in your body.
The fox walks with you and guides you back out and you arrive outside your beautiful tree again.
You have one more really deep cuddle.
You feel the wet nose against your cheek.
It's so nice that the two of you are now on first name basis and you can just call the name of your fox.
The fox goes back home and so do you.
You find your way back to your own path.
It almost looks like the colors in the wood has changed.
You're taking slow,
Deep breaths to integrate all the beauty that just happened.
The magic is still in the air.
You start to feel the chair you're sitting on,
On the floor you're laying on.
And move slowly,
First your feet,
Then your hands.
And before you open your eyes,
I invite you to put your hands on your heart and ask your heart to share one word with you,
Your powerful fox word.
Just take a moment,
Feel into the word.
And when you feel the word drop in,
Slowly open your eyes.
