Welcome to your meditation with the Vine in the Celtic Zodiac,
A symbol of sensuality,
Spirituality and balance.
I invite you to really start connecting with your breath.
Your breath is your personal tool of rhythm,
It's your personal compass of coming home.
Connecting with your breath is your personal rhythm.
And just follow it,
Follow how the air is going into your body,
Travelling all the way into your belly,
And then hold it for a moment and feel how the air is going out of the belly and leave your body.
And while you're following your breath,
I invite you to take a really deep breath in and slowly close your eyes at the same time.
And while you're closing your eyes,
As you start to become more aware of the sounds around you,
You start to really get aware of the tensions in your body,
I invite you to send your breath towards the places of tension and invite them to relax down.
I invite your ears to slowly step away from all the sounds that are around you as well.
And really invite you to start travelling within,
Easily and effortlessly.
It's such a beautiful way to journey within.
And while you're slowly starting to travel within,
I invite you to imagine that you're walking into this beautiful,
Beautiful tree garden.
This beautiful orchard full of trees.
Trees with different sizes,
Trees with enormous trunks,
Lots of branches and leaves,
And trees that are smaller.
And while you're walking around,
Your eye is sketching this beautiful vine.
This vine that is growing against the wall.
And then it goes over little woods,
Little twigs.
This vine finds a way to grow and get stronger.
And it looks beautiful with all the leaves there.
Some of the vine still has flowers,
And other parts already has fruits.
And just take a moment to really look at this beautiful tree.
And if you want,
You feel the invitation,
You can put your hand on the trunk of the vine and follow it.
And be amazed at how wide this can grow,
Actually.
And that it actually has real branches,
And how strong it is.
Just connect with the texture,
Connect with the energy of this beautiful plant.
Let your breath be the guide of where it is taking you.
And keep following this beautiful,
Growing,
Green,
Full of flowers,
Full of fruit.
It's being your guide,
It's helping you travel.
And then slowly you start to get to this point where you feel invited to go sit down and lean against the vine.
You feel energetically how you are in awe of the roots going down in the ground.
And the strength of the vine coming out of the ground and growing.
You can really lean into it.
It creates a chair,
It creates maybe a hammock that you can lay into,
Because it's strong.
And it can carry you easily.
Just feel into that,
Just trust it.
And while you're leaning into this beautiful tree,
You're connected with the heartbeat of the vine.
And it intertwines with your own heartbeat,
Which connects to your breath.
And you start to notice that the vine is inviting you to travel together,
To go on a journey.
I invite you to take a deep breath in and follow the invitation by vine.
Vine has picked up your intention for this meditation.
It's here in the grapevine where you need to go on this journey,
And you can trust it and follow it.
Just follow your breath and make it easy.
I will hold space for you,
And if you feel distracted,
You can connect with your breath.
I will let you know when it's time to travel back into your body.
For now,
Take the energy of the vine and let it guide you.
And then slowly start to notice that your journey together with vine starts to come to full circle,
To really becoming complete.
And you notice that you start to arrive again sitting,
Leaning against the beautiful vine,
Connecting with the earth.
You take your time to slowly stand up and to thank this beautiful travel and journey that you just undertook with vine,
The wisdom,
The healing,
The support.
You feel how your thanks,
Your gratitude is being received by vine.
And in return,
You receive this beautiful invitation to come back at any time.
You start to walk through the trees again,
Regrounding yourself,
Really connecting with your breath and your body,
Embracing by nature and embracing the new energy that was offered to you,
The knowledge.
It brings you back connecting with your breath again,
A beautiful tool that helps you to journey.
You start to really connect with the sounds around you again in the chair that you're sitting in.
You take a really deep breath in and you feel the air filling up your body,
Your chest and your belly.
Slowly breathe out,
You open your eyes.
You take a moment to reconnect with the beauty in your own environment.
You realize that you caught home from this beautiful journey.
