Like the Monterey,

Trusting your own rhythm.

Welcome.

There is no rush here.

No need to catch up.

You are already exactly where the tide has placed you.

Beneath the surface of your busy mind,

There is a vast ocean.

Calm,

Quiet,

Endless,

And still.

And in that ocean,

You can float.

You can be.

You can choose where you would like to be.

Follow your rhythm.

With ease.

In this ocean,

Something ancient glides there as well.

Not with urgency,

Not with effort,

But with wisdom of water itself.

This is the spirit of the Monterey.

And today it has come to meet you.

Can you feel it?

The invitation to soften,

To let go of the need to figure it all out.

And just simply float in the knowing that you are held.

There is a rhythm that lives inside you.

It's older than words.

Older than time.

You do not have to force your way forward.

You do not have to swim upstream.

You were made to glide,

To feel your way,

To trust that each moment,

Each pause,

Each breath,

Is sacred.

When the world gets loud and your heart gets heavy,

Return to this rhythm.
