Ohh wow Renee!! This was amazing. Soo beautiful and soothing and calming yet uplifting. Revitalizing!! I listened in the early AM in bed with hubby and Dogger (the Dog) and Booger (the Cat). Dog felt the love. She proceeded to snuggle up in between me and hubby trying to get as much contact as possible with each of us. And Booger did all number of cat things lol. Loafed, stretched, and bathed. It was a memorable cuddle experience. Thank you soo much. 🥰🥹💖🙏🫶✌️✨️🐾🕊

This morning Henry and I settled into the day with the energy of this wonderful meditation.
