Welcome to your animal communication meditation.

My name is Renee.

You can find more resources on SagittariusWays.

Com Please find a comfortable position,

Where you can feel your feet on the floor.

You can connect with your chair and sit up straight.

Now take a deep breath in and out.

Slowly let your eyes close and just pay attention to the noises you hear in your environment.

And slowly make those noises disappear further and further away.

Connect with your heart rhythm and feel how your body is getting in sync with your breath.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Feel your feet on the floor,

Your legs supported on the chair.

Feel your back,

Feel your shoulders relaxed and rest your hands on your lap.

While your eyes are closed,

We're going to take a journey.

I want you to start envision a beautiful forest.

In front of you is a beautiful pathway,

Which is covered by really soft grass.

You can take off your shoes and let's start walking on this path.

It is beautiful.

You can hear the wind going through the leaves and the temperature is just right,

Nice and warm.

You can feel the wind going through your hair and walking is just easy.

Just keep on walking.

We're going to go further and further in the forest.

The path is making circles,

It's going up,

It's going down.

And then you see this beautiful river.

It's amazing.

You can hear the water.

Just keep walking.

And then you reach this amazing river.

It's calm,

It's easy.

It floats.

Go and sit down in the banks of this river.

While you're paying attention how the water is flowing and how it's carrying little tweaks and leaves,

When you look up on the other side,

You can see your beautiful animal.

Just say hi and feel that amazing heart connection that you have.

You can explain to your animal why you are here,

What your intentions are,

And give him some time to connect with you as well.

Both of you are sitting in this beautiful nature environment,

Being calm,

Being relaxed,

Feeling that connection.

Now it's the right time to ask your questions.

And you'll notice that your animal is ready to answer them.

Just be relaxed,

Feel that heart to heart connection,

And ask your questions.

I'll be here holding space and watching the time.

After you finish your conversation,

Say goodbye.

And set the attention to meet again,

To go through some answers or some feelings that have come up for you later.

This is your space.

This is your safe space.

This is your space to talk to your animal.

It's always going to be here.

Take your time to say goodbye and thank your animal for this amazing information that you exchanged.

And then get up and start ready to start walking back on that amazing soft grass,

This clear path,

Just going up and down,

Through the trees.

And while walking back,

You can let sink in all that information that you just received,

How amazing that is.

And just keep walking and walking,

Until you see the end of the path.

And then slowly start wiggling your toes.

Start feeling the ground and the chair you're sitting in.

And just slowly start to get all those noises back into your environment.

Start listening to them.

The ticking of the clock,

A car coming by,

People talking in the background.

And then take a deep breath in,

Then out.

Slowly open your eyes and welcome back.

Take a piece of paper and just write down the important information you just received.

And then move your body by going for a walk or stand up and have a glass of water and really connect with your environment where you are right now.

And enjoy the rest of your day.
