Sometimes we can be obsessed with shunning the negative, and gripping onto what is positive. The ancient yogis teach us to accept and let go of all experiences, whether they are pleasurable or painful. In this practice, we are encouraged to simply observe what is happening in this current moment. This doesn't mean that we become indifferent, instead, that we are able to live life in a beautiful flow, without harboring regrets of what could have been.
