This is a meditation that is a continuation of the Talk called “Letting Go Of The Past Self.” The meditation highlights affirmations, mantras, breathwork, and visualization to help soften the past self by letting go of attaching people to our memories. Reminding ourselves that we can change the narrative of how we view the memories of our past self. Finally, always focus on the journey now and what you have accomplished so far and who you want to become.
