Close your eyes and take a deep breath in.
And as you release it slowly,
Just let all of the tension melt from your body.
Feel yourself settle into a space of peace and receptivity.
Reflect on the truth of this principle.
Everything is dual.
Everything has poles.
Everything has its pair of opposites.
All opposites are united in the middle.

Visualize a beam of light stretching infinitely in both directions.
On one end is warmth.
On the other is coolness.
Between them is every possible shade of temperature.
Recognize that opposites are not separate.
They are part of the same continuum.
Feel how this applies to your thoughts and experiences.
Joy and sorrow.
Love and fear.
Confidence and doubt.
Each exists on the same spectrum.
Shifting your experience is simply a matter of sliding along this scale.
Now bring to mind a challenge or emotion that feels heavy.
Imagine it as a point on the scale.
Now visualize yourself consciously moving toward the opposite pole.
If it's fear,
Move toward courage.
If it's doubt,
Slide toward certainty.
Repeat and affirm with me.
I have the power to shift my perception.
As I change my focus,
I change my reality.

Feel your consciousness expanding,
Empowered by this universal law.
The zero-point field holds all polarities,
And your awareness is the key to choosing your vibration.
Now imagine the beam of light dissolving into the infinite zero-point field.
Beyond duality lies unity,
Where all opposites merge into oneness.
Feel this truth deeply.
Opposites exist only to teach you balance and mastery.

Bearing with you the truth of polarity.
