In this meditation,
We're going to focus on releasing attachments and finding freedom from burdensome thoughts and emotions.
We hold too much within ourselves that pent up over time,
Resulting in stress,
Tension and anxiety,
And the cure to that is mastering the art of letting go,
Because when we are continuously in a state of letting go,
We can begin to feel peace inside,
And that peace can become deep,
And you can feel as though you're continuously in a state of zen,
No matter how life,
How difficult life gets,
Or how intense things get.
To go ahead and sit down,
Or lay down and close your eyes,
Let's begin our journey of letting go through breath.
We're going to inhale in deeply and exhale,
And each time you exhale,
Exhale intentionally.
Think of a thought or feel an emotion that you want to release from your body.
And the key here is that we are releasing from our bodies because our bodies store stress and tension.
So deep breath in,
And now exhale and release a thought or an emotion that no longer serves you.
Inhale,
Deep breath in,
And exhale,
Deep breath in,
Deep breath in.
So what is it?
Is it bills to pay?
Too much work on your plate?
Blockers or resistances that you have?
Was someone not good to you?
Not nice to you?
Are you letting go of a person,
An event,
A situation,
A thought,
An emotion?
Similar to how you can unsubscribe from an email or block a phone number,
It's time to unsubscribe from these burdensome thoughts and emotions.
And just simply opt out and not actively holding on to things.
Instead,
Shift your mindset from holding on to things to surrender and letting go.
Let go and let God as it said.
Keep letting go of everything that is coming up for you at this moment,
If anything at all.
And let go with a burning desire.
Imagine a burning flame within you because through this process you can be liberated from your pain and suffering by letting go.
And you can begin to feel uplifted,
Lighter inside,
Have more clarity in your mind and in your heart,
And be able to live life from a place of peace and serenity.
So let's breathe some more together.
And every time we breathe out,
Just let go.
And every time we breathe in,
Breathe in peace and serenity.
Deep breath in.
Deep breath in.
Let's do a quick body scan.
Notice any tension on your head,
Your face,
Your ears,
Eyebrows.
Let go of anything that you feel.
Let's go down to your throat.
Notice any tension there.
Your shoulders.
At least any tension you can find.
We have to release tension.
And every time we think of thoughts and feel emotions that don't serve us,
We may notice that different parts of our bodies get tense based on thoughts and emotions.
We have to release that tension from the body.
Habituated with just constantly releasing tension from our body.
We're now at the end of our session,
