No squeezing up your back,

Each vertebra softening each space between the vertebra opening,

Bring your awareness all the way up to the crown of your head into the space between your eyes.

Keeping your gaze turned up at a 20 degree angle in your mudra in your hand.

I invite you now to feel,

To notice,

The body is softened,

The mind is awake.

Moving into level two of alpha,

Begin to notice on the projection screen of your mind as you turn your gaze upwards 20 degrees,

20 degrees,

The number two,

Three times.

Two.

Two.

Two.

You are now in a healthier,

Deeper state of mind,

Level two of alpha.

Two.

On the projection screen of your mind,

I invite you now to project an image of a time of which you were a total bliss,

Total happiness,

A place where you felt content.

This may be a mountain scene,

An ocean scene,

A river,

A pasture.

It could be in your own house or it could be with someone you care about.

Notice the details of this scene.

Begin to notice a time when you were totally blissful,

When you felt happy and content.

Notice maybe the time of day.

Notice who was there and begin to see every detail,

But specifically notice how you felt.

Notice your heart responding to how you felt,

Bringing that day to now as though you were living it right now.

Bring that blissfulness into your now reality,

Letting your heart and mind be in coherence of what bliss feels like in this now moment.

Should you begin to create a storyline,

Just take a deep breath and come back into your now,

Your state of alpha.

Nothing but love and resources can come in.

You are totally safe,

Shifting awareness,

Creating our future self now.

To move into level one of alpha,

Turn your gaze upwards 20 degrees and see the number one three times.

Three,

Two,

And one,

One,

One.

You're now at level one of alpha.

You may now feel any different.

Relax.

Relax.

As we move deeper into this,

I invite you to count from 25 to one backwards in about two seconds per number.

As you count backwards,

Just as I've been doing,

From 25 to one,

You'll move deeper and deeper into a state of alpha.

Take your time.

See the numbers as though you're putting them on the screen and taking them back down.

The next time you hear my voice,

You'll be in a deeper,

Healthier state of mind.

Counting back from 25 to one,

Keep your gaze turned upwards.

If you have not reached the number one,

Take whatever number that you're on,

Replace it with the number one,

And then take it down.

You are now in a deeper,

Healthier state of mind,

Level one of alpha,

A place where we can dynamically create,

Make change,

Manifest,

And heal.

With your gaze turned up at this 20 degree angle in alpha state,

I invite you to see this projection screen.

I'd like you to begin to see on this projection screen you,

At the time of you receiving your divine manifestation,

That thing that you wanted to call in today,

That intention that you set.

Notice on this screen,

You and all the things that are happening on this day,

The day that you receive your divine intention,

The day that your manifestation arrives.

You'll notice a few details,

One of which is a calendar on the wall,

And you in a place of happy excitement.

You'll notice also on the side of this screen,

There are three dials.

Let us begin to amplify this experience by turning the dials.

First,

The top dial is the brightness dial.

Take this divine manifestation visualization of you,

Seeing all the details,

Seeing who is there,

Where it is.

You receiving this on the day that you received this abundance,

This success,

This opportunity,

This love,

This new car,

This health,

Whatever it is that you're receiving.

Take the brightness dial,

The top dial,

And turn it all the way up until it is a bright,

Bright white light,

Until it is shining,

Glowing,

Expanding,

Taking up the entire screen,

Going from a black screen to a white screen.

Turn it up,

Turn it up,

Turn it up.

And now turn it down,

Turn it down to taking all the light out of the screen.

Now turn it up,

Turn it up to the perfect brightness and the perfect clarity,

The perfect image of you,

So you can see every detail,

Every blade of grass,

Every tree,

Every part of your house,

Every human that is there,

Every animal,

Every cloud in the sky.

See it with clarity and intensity.

Now look at the calendar,

And I want you to see the date that you see first on that day.

That is the day of your divine manifestation.

Look at this calendar,

See the date,

See the date,

Whatever that date is,

July 1st,

October 21st,

December 12th,

It doesn't matter what the day is,

See the date on that calendar,

Whatever one comes to you is the right one.

Walk over to the calendar with your fingerprint and push it on that number,

As it leaves a fingerprint on the number,

Your divine fingerprint,

Pressed upon this date that your divine manifestation will arrive.

Now going back to the projection screen of your mind,

There is a second dial.

This is the volume dial.

These are all the words you've been saying as you receive this,

And that everyone else is saying as you receive this.

Turn this up,

All the way up.

This is wonderful,

This is great,

I knew this would happen,

I feel so happy,

I feel so blessed,

Turn this up,

All the way up.

This is wonderful,

This is great,

I knew this would happen,

I feel so happy,

I'm grateful,

This is wonderful,

I love this,

Oh my gosh,

I can't believe this,

I'm so excited.

Now turn it down.

Now turn it to the perfect volume,

The perfect volume for you,

Where you can hear every word.

You'll notice there is a third dial on this projection screen,

And on this screen,

This is the feeling dial.

Turn this dial up,

Turn it up to 100%,

To where you feel you receiving it,

To where when that day,

When you had that day of bliss,

You felt that,

This is the same feeling.

Turn it up,

Turn it up,

Until you are radiating love,

Joy,

Turn it up,

Until you are radiating love,

Joy,

Peace,

Help,

Until you are radiating,

Turn it up,

Turn it up,

And this dial does not turn down.

Leave it up as high as you can,

Feeling,

Seeing,

And hearing your experience happening right here,

Right now.

Now,

You may notice a storyline coming in of all the reasons why you can't receive this,

The storyline that says,

I don't have enough resources,

I don't have enough money,

I don't know enough people,

I can't,

I don't have the right decision making,

I don't have enough education.

I want you to take all these reasons,

All of these reasons,

And if you don't know what the reasons are,

Ask anything that has been blocking me,

Stopping or preventing my divine manifestation to assemble now into a dark,

Dense ball within my solar plexus.

Ask all these reasons,

Whether it be fear,

Expectation,

Responsibilities,

Or reasons unknown to gather within your solar plexus and begin to spin,

To begin to spin as you gather all of these things that have been negative resources within you.

Let us begin to transmute and change them by spinning your solar plexus.

Let it spin,

Let it spin,

Let it spin,

And let the solar plexus now come without outside of you,

Seeing it with outside of you as it spins,

Shedding this dark,

Dense,

Deep color of blacks or purples or grays.

Let it spin,

Let it spin,

Let it spin,

Let it spin until it becomes bright white light or a more,

A more manageable color,

One that brings you peace.

See your solar plexus spinning,

Clearing and transmuting this dense,

Dark energy,

Which you once held on to.

See your solar plexus changing and creating space for new to arrive.

In this moment,

With your solar plexus right before you and right above you,

Send it out with a mission to bring back the most amazing gift you've ever received.

And as it shoots away,

Maybe over the hills,

Over the ocean,

Over a river,

Send it away,

Bringing back the most amazing gift you could possibly receive.

And as it comes back,

Carrying this gift,

Maybe this gift of knowledge,

This gift of empowerment,

This gift of intuition,

Of health,

Of resources,

Of love.

Invite this ball of energy,

Which is now before you,

To begin to descend upon the crown of your head.

Let it descend upon the crown of your head,

Melting into your crown,

Your pineal,

Your throat,

Your heart,

And coming into the space of where it resides at the solar plexus.

Feel this new energy within you.

Allow this energy to begin to move to and through you.

Let it go into your belly,

Your legs,

Your heart,

Your mind,

As though your solar plexus is expanding to the shape of your body.

Let it expand and open,

Going into every cell,

The trachea,

The pancreas,

The pancreas,

Going into every cell,

The trillions of cells that you carry with you.

Let this expand,

This knowledge,

This DNA,

This new gene expression of knowledge,

Of love,

To go to every cell of your body.

And just like this,

Implode,

Exploding this energy,

This knowledge,

Into every cell,

Into the mitochondria,

And making a new gene expression,

One of confidence,

One of awareness,

And one of empowerment.

Feel it radiating through every part of your body.

On this projection screen of your mind,

You see the day in which you are to receive your divine manifestation.

We turned it to the perfect brightness,

The perfect volume.

The feeling is live.

We have transmuted negative energies.

Now,

In your first person,

Third person,

Jump into this screen,

Making it a first person experience.

Coming into this projection screen of your mind,

Don't see it from afar.

See it as now reality.

Look around,

Interact with whatever is happening around you here on this day of your divine manifestation.

Feel it as though it is right here and now.

Look around,

Touch,

Feel,

Talk,

Communicate to those around you.

Experience this day as though it were today.

You'll notice in this moment that there is a glowing beam in the distance coming near you,

A bright golden light coming near you.

There's nothing to fear,

Nothing but love and resources can come in.

This is your higher self approaching you.

This is your higher self approaching you.

The higher self which knows your future,

Which has seen your past,

And is here with you now and only,

Only shows attention to now.

In this moment with your higher self,

You're available to ask any questions that you may need to help you on this journey,

To come to this day.

But first,

Just express gratitude,

Appreciation for the guidance which has been received and maybe guidance which has been ignored.

Your higher self shows no judgment,

Only love.

I am grateful to be here today.

I am thankful for all I have.

Where I'm going is unknown,

But today I'm creating my future in a way that's more predictable.

I'm setting my neural pathways in a way that draws things that may be five or ten years out to today.

Why wait?

I can bring my future to me today because this version of me exists.

Why wait 10 years to find this version when I can find this version today?

And if you have some doubts or questions or concerns,

Ask your higher self here and now and listen and feel for an answer.

Carrying this new information from your higher self,

From this reality,

Not some sort of far-fetched visualization,

It is you taking a hold of the simulation by being consciously aware of how you feel.

Driving with your hands on the wheel,

With a navigational system locked in.

All information needed and encoded begin to come out of this projection screen back into your now third-person reality with all the information that you need,

All the shifts and changes needed,

See these words or even say these words.

I decree and declare that all manifestations,

Intentions,

Upgrades,

Or changes from this moment forward be fully integrated 24 hours a day,

Seven days a week,

Until they are fully integrated.

There will be no harm,

No headaches,

No hurt in my body at all.

This will be nothing but seamless and peaceful.
