Beginning our meditation by bringing our awareness to our breath.
Noticing every detail of the breath as we begin to lengthen it.
Breathe deeply in through the nose,
Feeling the entire body expand.
And exhaling out of the mouth,
Nice and gentle,
Grounding into this present moment.
Another deep breath in and out.
Aware of the physical body,
The outer shell of the body,
And all of the sensations,
Emotions,
And energies within the body.
And not judging what we observe right or wrong,
But just being aware and allowing the breath to pull relaxation and serenity within you.
And as you breathe,
Repeating these affirmations in your mind that will be spoken to you as if they are your own words.
And feeling the vibration of these words flow through you to promote healing and positive momentum for your day.
And to help create new patterns in the brain to bring in a sense of well-being.
So with beautiful deep breaths,
Softening,
Pulling kindness into the body,
Opening your mind,
Opening your heart,
Listening to these beautiful and healing affirmations.
My creative ideas flow freely.
I will embrace every opportunity to show love and to help others today.
I am grateful for every moment of life.
I embrace opportunities and experiences for abundance,
Connection,
Joy,
And love.
The universe fully supports me.
I am love.
I am open to all forms of abundance.
I am forgiveness.
I am acceptance.
I am compassion.
I am unlimited.
My love is unlimited.
I am grounded with the earth and listen to her messages.
I am guided by spirit and live through love.
I feel inner peace.
I am connected to my breath.
Prana flows through me,
Calming and energizing me.
I am whole and complete as I am.
I am one with all around me and I radiate love.
I am a powerful manifestor.
I transmit energy towards love,
Light,
And service to others.
Now taking a deep breath in,
Pulling in as much healing oxygen as you can.
As your body dries,
Your lungs expand,
Your belly expands.
Holding at the top of the breath for a few seconds,
Allowing that oxygen to bring healing and balance into the body.
And as slowly as you can,
Releasing that breath,
Letting go of any remaining tension,
Feeling that relief and that release.
Perhaps having the corners of your mouth turn upward in a slight smile and as you do,
Feeling that softening,
Not only in the physical body,
But within the body.
Another deep breath in and out,
Choosing peace in this moment.
Marinating in reflection of the affirmations you just heard and spoke in your mind.
And if you'd like,
You can bring your hands to your heart center.
And with your next breath,
Just saying in your mind,
I am love.
The light in me honors the light in you.
