Welcome to this I Am Affirmations audio.

The goal of this audio is to embrace and appreciate all the emotions you experience.

My name is Ruben and I'm grateful that you chose me as your guide today.

Let the words of this audio come into your mind,

Body and soul as if they are your own words.

If you notice you can't keep your conscious attention on it,

That is ok too.

Your subconscious mind will still hear the words and you will feel more balanced after this audio.

I love my emotions.

Every emotion is a guiding light to more wisdom.

My emotions teach me how I can make my life more amazing.

The better I listen to my emotions,

The more clarity I can receive.

I am not my emotions.

I have my emotions and can observe them clearly.

I am the observer and I choose how I want to feel.

With whatever emotion I experience,

I can stay connected and free.

Whenever emotion arises,

I am able to stay fully present with it.

I chose to come to this earth,

To experience all the different colors of life.

There are no negative emotions.

There is only contrast,

Just as with colors.

I allow myself to see the different colors and embrace them fully.

Freedom happens when I am ok with whatever emotion I am experiencing.

I accept my emotions.

I give myself the time and space to experience my emotions.

The more I listen and allow my emotions,

The stronger my inner guidance becomes.

My inner guidance is strong and clear.

I know what my emotions are telling me.

When I run into difficult situations,

I embrace them as a part of life.

My life is a constant flow of beautiful experiences.

I either enjoy those experiences or I enjoy the process of learning from these experiences.

I am getting more and more conscious every day.

I am able to stay fully conscious and aware with whatever emotion I am experiencing.

Even when I feel no emotions,

I understand this is also an emotion that is allowed.

I always return into a space of bliss.

I completely trust the universe and I know that everything is always happening for a higher purpose.

My life is a constant flow of beautiful experiences.

I embrace every part of myself.

I understand that my emotions are part of my life.

When I go through rougher periods in my life,

I understand this is part of my learning experience on this planet.

I embrace all learning experiences completely.

I dare to show my true self to my friends and family.

If I don't feel well,

It's easy for me to communicate this with the people around me.

The goal of my life is not to always experience happy emotions.

I can fully embrace my shadows.

My shadows are my teachers and I am present with my shadows.

I understand that I am not the only one with my emotions.

Oftentimes the emotions I experience are part of the collective.

When I heal my emotions through acceptance,

I also heal other people that go through similar processes.

I am not afraid of any outside circumstance.

I embrace any outside circumstance because I understand this is my teacher.

I came to this earth to experience all the colors of life and to learn the lessons of my soul.

Whenever I am angry,

I understand this is just a lot of energy flowing through me.

I can learn to harness the energy in any emotion and use it for good.

I am in connection with my emotions and my inner guidance.

My inner guidance shows me the path I need to walk on.

Even when I don't know where my path is taking me,

I trust the process and let go.

I am balanced in my emotions.

My balance arises from my ability to stay present with whatever emotional experience I am going through.

No matter how intense my emotions,

I can always find my balance.

Whenever I lose my balance,

I refocus inside myself and find that space of inner peace.

I am grateful for whatever emotion I am experiencing.

I am grateful that I don't need to figure everything out by myself.

I am grateful there is a higher guidance showing me my path.

I love every person around me.

I love myself fully.

I embrace myself fully.

I am present with whatever my next step is.

These affirmations bring triggered an internal movement, softening the tesion of the dicotomy between "positive" vs "negative" emotions, placing them within the context. Also embracing the shadow of the suppressed emotion opens the gate for wholeness.
