My name is Ruben and I'm grateful to be your guide today during this affirmation.

In this affirmation,

We're going to focus on what it means to be in your masculine essence.

All the words that I will speak,

See them as your own words,

As if you are speaking them yourself.

If you can't keep the attention on the audio and your mind wanders,

That is okay,

Because your subconscious will still resonate with all the words that I'm speaking to you.

And the connection to your masculine essence will happen.

I know my purpose and I follow the direction of my path.

My life is a flow of constant creation and I am responsible.

I take my responsibility as a privilege.

I get to choose whatever I want to do in my life.

I realize that I am not my thoughts and I am not my emotions.

I have my thoughts and I have my emotions and I can choose to change them.

I change my thoughts and therefore my emotions based on what I want to achieve in life.

I experience strength,

Courage,

Compassion and vulnerability on a daily basis.

My masculine essence is shining deep within me.

And I allow my masculine essence to come forth and shine outwards into the world.

Anything I want I can have and anything I want I can achieve.

I listen to my heart and I listen to my flow.

By listening to my flow I create the exact things that will bring me what I want.

I trust that the universe will provide exactly what I want.

I have a clear picture of the things that I desire in my life.

I do not focus on what I don't want.

I focus on what I want.

From within that masculine essence I take care.

I take care of my family,

My friends and my relationship.

I show the people around me that they are safe,

That they are protected and that they can open themselves up completely.

I understand that my goal in life is not to achieve my goals but to enjoy the pursuit of these goals.

I check this by counting the amount of smiles I am experiencing throughout the day.

Everything that I do throughout the day delivers a big smile on my face.

I am like a strong oak tree.

My roots go deep within the ground.

Any turbulence,

Wind or storm does not affect me.

I might move and I might even enjoy a little bit of movement but I do not fall down.

Because I trust and I am confident that whatever is coming on my path is part of exactly what is supposed to happen.

I live a phenomenal life.

I focus on everything that is working out for me.

All the areas of life that I am enjoying are because of my manifestation of them.

I love my life.

I love the people around me.

I love my soft side as much as I love my strong side.

I allow myself to cry and be vulnerable.
