Welcome.

Let's begin by sitting cross-legged in easy pose and taking a few moments to arrive in this Kundalini yoga practice.

Now rub your palms together ready to tune in.

Bring your thumbs to rest on your sternum with your hands in prayer pose.

Take a big inhale and a long exhale and we'll inhale to begin.

Om namo guru dev namo.

Om namo guru dev namo.

Om namo guru dev namo.

Om namo.

Om namo guru dev namo.

Jugaad gureena me,

Sat gureena me,

Sirigurudevayena me.

Take a big inhale,

Hold the breath in.

And then exhale and relax.

Rest your hands on your knees with your palms facing down.

We'll warm up the spine with some circling Sufi grinds.

So leading with your navel center,

Circle the spine around the pelvis.

Da,

Da,

Sa,

Sa,

Sa,

Sa,

So,

So,

So,

So.

Ram bee,

Da,

Tarde And now reverse direction,

Circling the other way,

Allowing the navel to push forward at the front and tuck in and up at the back.

And now begin to make your circles smaller and smaller until you come to a stop in the center.

Rest with your hands in Gyan Mudra with the palms facing the ceiling and your first finger and thumbs touching.

We are ready to begin our Kriya which is for unknown cause of sickness.

It works to eliminate toxins in the body.

So come onto your hands and knees,

Have your hands directly underneath your shoulders with your fingers spread wide apart,

Have your knees hip width apart.

Raise your left leg to horizontal behind you and raise your right arm to horizontal in front.

Take some time to find your balance and then use long deep breaths to balance your prana and apana.

Prana is the life force energy which you inhale and ingest.

Apana is the energy of elimination.

Let your exhale detox and balance you.

Inhale sat and exhale na.

I dare you to say I dare you to say Adani in another night.

Just just kick away.

Come back to all fours and then gently lower your bottom towards your heels and bring your head to the floor.

Rest your arms back with your palms up near the feet.

Relax in child's pose and observe how you feel.

I dare you to say Adani in another night.

Just just kick away.

I dare you to say Adani in another night.

Just just kick away.

Now gently rise up to sit on your heels and then continue up to a raised kneeling position.

Lift your arms high above your head and arch back.

Begin to make big circles with your arms parallel moving together in one direction.

Move your neck and your shoulders and arms all together in big circles.

The knees remain still.

We're working to stretch out the armpits to stimulate the lymphatic system as it eliminates toxins from your body.

Bring yourself back to upright and then lower to sit on your heels and then bring yourself to sit on the floor with your legs straight out in front of you,

Toes pointing up,

Lift your arms high and folding from your hips bring yourself into a forward bend,

Allow your arms to rest down holding your legs or your feet,

Tuck your chin and keep the back nice and straight and relax.

We will relax in this position for 5 minutes allowing the exhale to slowly release the tension in the hamstrings.

Close your eyes and focus on your breath.

Inhale the sound sat and exhale the sound na.

Satana ma ramada sa sashe soham.

Satana ma ramada sa sashe soham.

Satana ma ramada sa sashe soham.

Take your attention to your feet and relax your feet.

Relax your legs.

Relax your pelvis.

Relax your belly.

Have your palms facing the ceiling and relax your fingers.

Relax your chest.

Relax your head.

Relax your jaw and relax your neck.

Take your attention to your third eye in the centre of your brow.

Project your energy up and out of your third eye.

Visualise a stream of colour projecting from your third eye.

Begin to breathe more consciously.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Circle your ankles and your wrists.

Stretch your arms up above your head.

Big stretch from fingertips to toes.

Take your arms out to a T shape at the sides.

Raise one knee and allow it to flop over the other leg.

Turn to look in the opposite direction.

Come back to centre.

Raise the other knee.

Allow it to flop over the other leg.

And turn to look in the opposite direction.

Come back to centre.

Bring your knees into your chest.

Rub the soles of your feet together.

Rub the palms of your hands together.

Cup your palms over your face.

Open your eyes into the darkness of your hands.

Gently lift the palms away to bring light to your eyes.

Hug your knees into your chest and rock from side to side.

And then rock up and down along your spine from tailbone to shoulder blade.

Rolling along your back.

Massaging your spine on the floor.

And roll to come sitting when you're ready.

Rub the palms of your hands together.

And bring your thumbs to your sternum,

Your hands in prayer pose.

May the long time sun shine upon you.

All love surround you.

And the pure lights within you guide your way on.

Take a big inhale.

And a long exhale.

And we'll inhale for three long sat nam's.

Sat nam.

Sat nam.

Sat nam.

Thank you.

Hi ro. Thank you for this kundalini yoga class. I am really enjoying all your classes. I am not sure if I am doing the second pose correctly. When you sit up on your knees are you supposed to be rotating your arms around like a windmill? Or rotating your whole upper body?? Like Sufi grinds??
