Me and my partner Kit will be guiding you through the quest over the next 10 days to go deeper within yourself,

Reduce your stress and anxiety and all of the other amazing benefits that meditation can provide.
Over the next 10 days,
We will be introducing to you many different concepts from many different schools of meditation,
And we'll be doing it in a fun way.
Why are we doing it this way?
Why are we doing it in the theme of a fantasy quest?
Well,
Number one,
I'm a huge nerd and I love stuff like this.
It really gets me excited.
And number two,
You retain your information that you learn so much more with your brain if you're having fun while you're learning it.
So you can go online and find any introduction to meditation course for free on YouTube anywhere.
I'm sure there are millions of them,
But how many of them are going to walk you through the basics of meditation in the theme of a quest?
Not too many,
I'm guessing.

We are so glad you guys are here.
So get prepared for 10 days of,
Like I said,
Exploring all the different concepts and themes of meditation that are available out there.
So over the next 10 days,
We're going to be going over creating space between your thoughts.
We're going to be going over how to do a body scan.
We're going to be going over non-attachment.
So letting your thoughts come and go without attaching any meaning to them.
We're going to be teaching you how to do a loving kindness or a meta meditation,
Weaving that in with a gratitude practice.
We're going to be teaching you how to get in touch with your inner guides,
How to reprogram unconscious beliefs.
We're going to do even a silent meditation and let you get introduced to the idea of meditating in silence.
We're going to be doing meditations with affirmations and a healing meditation as well.
Now,
These are just a smidgen,
Just a taste of the different meditation techniques that exists out there.
But these are the ones that we felt drawn to introduce to you over these 10 days.
So I hope you guys enjoy them.
And I hope you get as much out of this quest as we got putting into it,
Because we've just been having a blast.
So for day one of the meditation quest,
What you're going to be doing is creating an intention.
And why is this important?
Well,
With any quest,
You have to know why you're going on it,
Right?
So what's the purpose of the quest?
And if you picture yourself about to go on this big adventure and encounter these beasts,
And,
You know,
Meet your guides and all of this stuff,
Traveling through unknown lands of your inner consciousness,
Well,
What's on the other end of that adventure,
You could consider that the treasure.
So if the treasure is what is at the finish line of this quest,
Then today we get to identify what that treasure is.
So what is it that you are seeking to receive at the end of this 10 day quest internally,
Or externally?
Today,
We get to identify that.
So this is just the introduction,
