As I get to know myself,

I can feel happiness inside.

This practice of inner stillness,

The stillness of peace,

Love encourages another energy inside me,

The energy of happiness.

Happiness allows me,

I,

A soul,

To have uplifting thoughts,

To have soft,

Quiet contentment.

Happiness enables within me a new energy of self-respect.

Happiness allows me to understand myself,

Others,

And a world family.

It allows me to understand the self and others.

And for happiness,

The more I turn towards my original nature of peace,

And then feel feelings of well-being and love for myself,

I feel beautiful vibrations to share with the world and the world family of happiness.

Feelings of self-respect and contentment,

Uplifting thoughts of understanding and love for the world.
