Good morning.
Let's start your day with peace.
Find a comfortable spot.
Maybe you're going to still stay in bed and remain lying down,
Or maybe you're going to go to a chair,
Wrapping yourself in a blanket and just getting ready to fully wake up to this day.
Take a gentle breath and say hello to your body.
Say good morning.
Notice where your attention goes.
Invite your toes to wake up.
Each toe,
Imagine feeling the energy in your toes and imagine that energy traveling upwards over your feet and your ankles,
Into your legs,
Spiraling up your legs,
Across your hips and your thighs.
Feel your belly and your back.
Say good morning to your chest,
Your shoulders and your arms.
Feel your fingertips.
Can you feel the pulse of your heart in the palm of your hand?
Notice your eyes and your mouth.
Take a deep breath and notice the quality of your breath.
Is it smooth and soft?
Maybe raspy and short.
Just notice it.
Say thank you to your breath for giving you this day.
Ask your body what it needs today.
Take a few minutes to invite love and happiness into your body.
Feel it completely in your body.
Where do you feel it?
Just let your mind drift to the place that calls to it.
If you don't feel anything,
Then imagine what it would feel like.
This exercise does not have to make any sense at all and when you hear your mind telling you that you don't have time for this,
Just remind it that you are only taking five minutes to prepare for your day.
Resist the temptation to listen to this while you do another task.
Remember your commitment to start your day with peace and ease.
You are setting the tone for your whole day.
Now just listen to my words and allow the vibrations of my voice to resonate within you.
Don't attach any comments or story.
Just listen and assume the truth of these affirmations to begin your day.
My life is easy and filled with joy.
I feel very fortunate that my life is so easy and joyful as I reflect on all the great things that surround me.
I have so many things about my life that are wonderful.
I have wonderful friends and family.
I am truly blessed to have such wonderful people helping me each day.
They are a great source of joy and inspiration and I am supported and appreciated.
I have reliable transportation and a supportive job.
Both of these things make my life easier.
At work my co-workers do the very best they can to support a positive work environment.
I go home every day to a safe and comfortable haven.
My home is a wonderful place to live and I contribute love and laughter to it.
My health is getting better and better with each passing day and is a source of joy for me.
Even though my life is easy it manages to get even easier over time.
I sometimes look back on my life and it pleases me how far I have come.
My life is constantly a pleasant surprise.
I have many things to look forward to so my life is exciting as well.
I wish everyone's life to be as wonderful as mine.
I feel so fortunate.
Today I recommit myself to appreciating all the positive aspects of my life.
I have the ability to create the life I desire and I am capable and know how lucky I truly am.
My life is easy and filled with joy.
Now here are three questions for you.
Just answer them quickly in your mind not to dwell on them but just think what are three things that make your life easy and now think of three things that you can be joyful about right now and finally what can you do this morning to make your life even easier and more joyful.
