Take a moment to arrive to this present moment,

Perhaps sit comfortably with your back straight and relaxed,

Your feet on the ground,

Your arms also relaxed and comfortable and we're going to inhale through your nose,

Exhale through your mouth and as you keep on breathing see if you can relax your jaw,

Relax a little bit your shoulders,

Relax your belly,

Feel like you're arriving more into your body,

We're going to do a nine deep inhale through your nose,

Exhale through your mouth,

Inhale light,

Exhale everything you would like to feel it go,
