This is guided mindful release of the body and the mind in preparation for sleep or a resting. Give yourself time and space to feel comforable and safe. And allow yourself to enjoy the deep relaxation even after the audio is finished. Feel free to take as much time as you like to enjoy your comfort.

So let's start with making sure that our environment is safe.

That means that there are no unexpected intrusions or noises.

Take care that you are very comfortable.

So look around and maybe you need an extra blanket or an extra pillow.

Let's create that moment where we feel that we have all the time in the world feeling safe and happy and warm.

Lie yourself down and make yourself as comfortable as you can be.

There is no need for you to lie on your back.

You can lie on your side or on your belly as well.

During the audio if you want to change your position,

Please do.

Maybe you are tossing and turning or maybe your body is still finding a very comfortable position.

Just allow that time and allow that movement to happen.

Your body will find its way and allow you to get into a very comfortable state.

And when everything is settling down,

The body is landing,

Arriving,

And try to follow that feeling.

Sinking down,

Melting,

Slowing down,

Exhaling.

Keep on allowing that state,

That comfort.

And you only have to sense it and feel it and let my voice guide you into a profound sense of stillness.

The body is softening.

We are softening.

There is a release of tensions and this release creates expansion,

An opening of the felt experience of the body and let the mind and your experience drift into that expansion.

Okay.

The feet are expanding and softening.

The legs are expanding and softening.

Let's enjoy that expansion,

That softening.

The hands are expanding and softening.

And the arms are expanding,

Softening.

And let's enjoy that.

Let's enjoy the expansion of the hands and the arms and the feet and legs.

Softening.

Expanding.

Let the pelvis and the belly and the lower back soften and expand.

And enjoy that feeling when everything dissolves into space.

And allow the chest to join that dissolving as the chest is softening and expanding into space.

Let the neck,

The throat join that sensation.

Softening.

Expanding.

Dissolving.

And the head wants to join.

We allow the softening,

The expansion,

The dissolving in the head.

So we can feel the whole body,

Safe,

Comfortable,

Dissolving,

Softly into the space.

Joining.

And the space is vast in its stillness.

We can enjoy that stillness and let us merge with the stillness and become silent and still.

And let's enjoy that.

Take as much time as you want.

Enjoy.
