Trust The Support To Go Into A Soft Body

Lie down on your back with the legs easy and the arms easy.

They can be any which way you want or feel comfortable.

During the exercise should your body need a different position,

Some movement to be comfortable feel free to adapt.

Make yourself comfortable.

I hope you're nice and warm and can land,

Arrive on the mattress.

To take some time and relax,

To take some time to listen to your body and feel yourself.

Now,

Feel the body resting.

The legs are resting.

Can you feel that?

How does that feel to just let the legs be supported by the mattress?

Can you feel their weight?

Putting some pressure,

Light pressure on the mattress.

Can you feel the mattress supporting you?

Let's trust that support.

Let's release the legs into that support.

Let them fall.

They will land and be carried by the mattress.

Can let the arms rest?

Can you feel them resting?

Can you feel the arms,

The weight putting a little pressure because the weight is falling?

And can you feel the support that they're receiving?

Could be from the mattress,

Could be from your body depending on how your arms are positioned.

Try to feel that strong support.

It's there.

So let's release the arms and trust that support.

Let them fall.

And now you can be aware of the legs falling,

Being supported.

The arms falling and being supported.

Let's go.

Then let's feel the head.

The head is very heavy.

Let's roll it a little bit to the left.

Slowly,

Very slow.

To feel the weight.

Can you feel that pressure on the mattress is there?

And because we're rolling,

It's moving.

Take a small pause.

Feel the weight of the head relax.

And that weight is putting pressure on that support.

Now let's roll back to the middle.

We can feel the mattress supporting that.

When you arrive in the middle,

Roll to the right.

Feel the weight dropping into that support.

We can trust that support.

It will carry us.

Now wherever you are,

Pause.

Feel the weight dropping into the support.

And then we roll back,

Noticing that the support is moving with the rolling of the head.

When you arrive in the middle,

Pause.

So we can feel the head being supported.

We can trust that support.

Let the weight of the head drop.

Let the throat and the neck drop with the head.

So let's include the arms,

Legs,

And the head being supported.

We can let them go.

Now we can feel the whole body dropping,

Falling into the support of the mattress.

And let the area of the chest join with the head,

The arms,

The shoulders,

And the legs.

Chest is falling,

Feeling supported.

We can trust that we will be carried.

And let your awareness include the belly,

The lower back,

The organs inside the belly,

Falling,

Relaxing.

The support.

And let's include the pelvis.

Feeling the pelvis heavy,

Dropping,

Being supported.

Feeling the whole body,

Legs,

Arms,

Head,

Torso.

Pelvis,

Everything heavy.

And feel that you can trust that support.

Release.

Let go.

And try to feel that by releasing so much,

Trusting the support.

It feels like we're in the mattress.

A little bit sunk into the mattress as opposed to lying on the mattress.

We are giving ourselves to the support.

Because we are giving ourselves,

Letting go,

We can become soft,

Very soft.

Soft on the skin and soft on the inside.

Everything soft.

The legs are soft.

The arms are soft.

The head is soft.

The neck,

The throat is soft.

The area of the chest is soft.

The belly is soft.

The pelvis is soft.

The soft body on the soft support.

In the soft support.

The body is soft.

The chest is soft.

The chest is soft.

Feel it comfortable.

Soft body.

In the soft mattress.

Enjoy it.

Take as much time and space to enjoy this feeling.

A natural feeling of feeling your body letting go and being relaxed.
