This is a guided visualization exercise to help you tap into your life purpose.
Take a moment to settle into a comfortable position.
You may choose to lie on your back,
Sit in a chair,
Or even stand.
Becoming aware of the body and the position that you've established,
Head to toe,
Front to back,
The sides.
Taking a few deep breaths,
In through your nose,
Out through your mouth.
Simply easing into this shift from doing in the busyness of the day to just simply being present.
Noticing any tension or tightness in the body and allowing yourself to just simply settle in and relax.
I want you to imagine that you're on stage in front of a large group of people.
There's a buzz in the air,
Anticipation in the room.
You take a moment to look at the crowd around you.
Everyone is gathered to hear from you today,
To hear you speak.
You take a few moments to recognize any feelings that may be coming up for you.
As you start to walk towards the microphone,
Time freezes for a moment.
You have 30 seconds to have any type of impact that you want to on this audience.
One impact that will leave this group of people's lives forever changed.
Their lives will be transformed because of what you've said to them today.
Time begins to start again.

You take a moment to catch your breath on what you just shared with the audience.
What type of impact did you have?
What happened to the people in the room?
What did you notice?
Who were you being while you were making the impact?
What was your energy like?
How did you carry yourself?
Whenever you're ready,
Once again taking three deep breaths in through the nose,
Out through the mouth,
Allowing the breath to return to normal,
Noticing any tension or tightness in the body,
And just simply relaxing.
Whenever you're ready,
Starting to wiggle the fingers,
The toes,
Gently opening the eyes,
Looking around the space that you're in.
What do you want to take away from the presentation that you gave?
Know that you can always come back to this moment and tap into the energy of who you were while you were making an impact.
Thank you for practicing with me.
Namaste.
