Begin by finding a comfortable position and closing your eyes.
Coming into stillness and taking a moment to scan through the body and see what is present here.
Not judging,
Just simply noticing.
Becoming aware of the sensations within the body while breathing.
Taking a full deep breath,
Feeling the chest expand.
Taking a slow out breath,
Feeling the sensations as you release.
And again taking a deep breath in and slow breath out.
Letting your breathing begin to return to a natural flow.
Opening the eyes if they're closed,
Taking a moment to connect with how you are right now.
