This is an energizing guided meditation designed to create the habit of easily receiving complete abundance in every area of your life. The meditation focuses on financial, health, and friendship/relationship abundance. It walks you through several practices to become comfortable saying yes to what you want without resisting it or arguing against having what you really want.

At the end of the meditation you will feel refreshed, energized and receptive to abundance. You may find that your creativity is fired up as well.

This is the receiving abundance guided meditation.

This meditation is all about allowing yourself to receive abundance in every area of your life.

Let's start by sitting or lying down in a relaxed position with your eyes closed in a place where there is little distraction.

Let's go ahead and take three relaxed deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Now let's imagine that you are sitting on a comfortable and colorful fluffy pillow.

It is almost like a bean bag and it is completely cradling and comforting your body.

As you are sitting here you are discovering that you are in a room that is very majestic,

Very royal and it is decorated with plush fabrics,

Fine embellishments and luxurious furniture.

It is nice and bright outside and you can see the golden glow of the sun coming into the room through the vast open archways and windows.

You notice that you are in a large receiving room where all your visitors come and acknowledge you and shower you with abundant gifts.

And today is abundant gift receiving day.

You love gift receiving day.

It is your favorite day of any day.

In fact you love it so much because it happens every day.

You have been looking forward to this day ever since the last gift receiving day.

You feel all the excitement and energy of all you are about to receive and this day is so much better than that.

This is the day when you receive everything you want and desire.

Today is when you actually let yourself have all that you want.

Today you learn to remove all resistance to all that you want to bring into your life.

This special day starts out like all the others where generous people begin to offer you simple gifts.

And as you become more receptive to receiving they will start bringing you more and more.

As always there is only one rule.

You must say yes to everything.

As soon as you say no to any gift all the gifts stop coming.

So if you remember you have to practice saying yes.

So let's just pause and practice saying yes for just a minute.

Go ahead and just start to say yes to yourself.

Just say yes.

That was a fantastic practice session.

Now back in your receiving room you see that everyone is lining up outside the large doors into your receiving area.

You are ready to receive all the guests one by one that are coming to bring you all you want and desire.

You are excited.

The anticipation is riveting you.

You are titillated.

You feel all this incredible good energy.

You just allow all the good feelings to overwhelm you with the joy and excitement of receiving gifts.

Everything that is now being brought to you is completely fulfilling to you in every way and brings you even more fulfilling joy.

Now you see at the far end of the room that the door is opening and you see many friendly people calmly but eagerly coming towards you.

The first person is a generous person you know very well and they have a medium sized treasure chest between their hands.

This person comes up to where you are sitting and says,

I have come to bring you a gift that will enrich your life.

I hope that you will find this accepting and worthy of you.

And your immediate response is,

Yes,

Thank you,

Yes.

Any gift you bring me is worthy of me because it is also worthy of you.

Yes,

I generously accept any gift you desire to bring me.

The person sets the chest on the floor in front of you and says,

For you,

I have brought a chest full of the finest jewels ever found,

Rubies of the deepest warmest red,

Emeralds of the richest green,

Sapphires of the deepest blue,

And diamonds of the brightest gleam.

Please open the chest and run your hands through all of the gems.

Hold them in your hands.

Feel their coolness turning to warmth.

Feel them and touch them.

Let your hands experience the sensation of the jewels passing through your fingers,

Caressing your skin.

These jewels have only one desire,

And that is to bring you all the joy you want to feel and express your complete appreciation for these jewels.

Please know that if you should ever run out of these glimmering precious gems,

That the supply is endless,

And I will always bring more to you as long as you want them and are willing to receive them.
