Reggie the Ram by R.

M.

Bode Reggie is a ram who resides just outside of a country farm.

He is confident and exhibits a great deal of charm.

Ever since Reggie was a little lamb,

All the ewes knew he was going to grow to be a proud and powerful ram.

Before Reggie's aggression and might grew too strong to restrain,

He was brought to the great lamb guru,

Rama Lamba,

To train.

Rama Lamba is a guru that lives high up in the mountain peaks.

He is a master that trains rams to control their anger and aggressive streaks.

It has been several weeks now and Rama Lamba has grown impressed.

Reggie has learned quickly how to regain his composure when feeling his emotions pressed.

Reggie is growing to be a full grown and responsible buck.

He has learned to deal with his anger instead of letting his rage run amok.

Through Rama Lamba's teachings of meditations slowing down when feeling stressed,

Reggie has a better understanding of himself and how to perform at his most powerful best.

Whenever Reggie feels anger and rage inside,

He no longer feels like he has to keep it inside.

Now Reggie just closes his eyes and slowly counts as he inhales.

One,

Two,

Three.

He exhales slowly and begins to feel calm,

In control and free.

Reggie has learned to stay balanced,

Centered and grounded.

Rama Lamba has taught him the wisdom and knowledge to become more sensitive and well-rounded.

Today Reggie is ready to return back to the flock.

He has many lessons for the rams and ewes to learn and unlock.

Rama Lamba is excited to see his most powerful ram disciple return.

To inspire all of the sheep to want to go within themselves and learn.

Reggie teaches Rama Lamba's philosophy to his flock year after year.

He encourages meditation to reduce anger and keep the mind clear.

Over time,

Reggie has developed his own philosophy and belief.

He has brought such positive change and a healing relief.

Reggie has returned to visit his guru Rama Lamba a few times over the years.

Together they rejoiced in the opportunity to learn and let go of their worries and fears.

So remember,

Whenever you are feeling frustrated or stressed,

Or whenever you are feeling anxious,

Angry or depressed,

Slow down,

Close your eyes and breathe in and out at a slow and steady pace.

Relax your shoulders and put a soft smile on your face.

You are in control of your emotions and you can take control of the actions you take.

Even when things don't go as planned,

You have the power to learn from your mistake.

Thank you for listening to Reggie the Ram's story.

I hope you learned something valuable and new.

Whenever you are feeling stressed,

Remember what Reggie would do.

May you experience love,

Joy and freedom from fear.

May your day and night be calm and clear.
