Since then she's teaching in person weekly classes and workshops in the Netherlands and online practices. She also works as Body Stress Release Practioner since 2023. She has a long history in working with body wisdom, intuition and movement. She's fascinated by the correlation between the inner- and outer world. The questions from which she works are: When and how do we get stuck and how can we get the energy moving again? How do we not escape into the mind, but let the body do the talking?
