Close your eyes and relax your body,
Let it settle into the surface underneath,
Allow your muscles to fully relax and focus on your body in the present moment.
Now,
First,
Bring energy into your body,
Focus on breathing through your nose and breathe in deep,
Deep into your belly,
Then take a long breath out.
Keep breathing like this,
Deep breath in and long breath out.
On each in-breath,
Imagine breathing in more energy.
On each out-breath,
Imagine spreading that energy into every cell of your body,
Energising every part of you.
Continue these energising breaths.
Now,
Let your breathing settle into its own natural rhythm.
And answer this,
What kind of person would you be proud to be today?
Now,
Embody it,
Feel that in your body,
Use all that energy to take on the physiology of that person,
Their posture,
How they feel.
Imagine how they speak,
How they communicate with people,
How they get stuff done.
