Hello and welcome to this positive affirmations meditation for self-love and well-being.

I'm Richard Willis and my voice will guide you through these powerful affirmations designed to be absorbed into your subconscious mind as you relax,

Allowing you to care for yourself with kindness and prioritize your well-being for the positive benefit of yourself and others.

So make yourself comfortable,

Close your eyes and begin with a deep breath in and a long breath out.

Let the breathing then settle into its own natural rhythm and allow the body to relax,

Settling into the surface underneath,

Mind relaxing,

Body relaxing and allow the affirmations to relax and soothe you.

I am worthy of love.

I accept myself just as I am.
