And take a deep breath in,
And a long breath out.

Then let your breathing settle into its own natural rhythm,
And let your muscles soften,
Allowing your body to settle,

Step one to a new you,
Develop your physiology.
If you've got a life-changing journey ahead,
You want to be at your strongest,
Not only in terms of getting fitter and stronger,
Working out,
Nutrition,
And rest,
But also how your mind connects with your body,
How you express yourself with your body language and your speech.
So reflect on this.
What habit could you develop that would transform your physical health the most?
How could you improve your body language,
Or how you speak,
To represent you at your best?
With your physical life set up for change,
Now you go inwards.
Step two,
Strengthen the alignment of your life with your values.
Values are the things in life that you honour the most,
What are truly most important to you.
You can know when a situation is feeding or fighting one of your core values,
Because you'll get a strong emotional reaction to it.
So reflect on this to get an idea of your values.
What situations give you the greatest buzz?
What situations fire up your fight response?
What is most important to you in your life?
Step three,
Make your prime movers work more for you.
Your prime movers are what push or pull you,
Your fears and desires.
These can link closely to your values,
But you can think of them as emotional habits.
Desires can be a useful fuel to drive and inspire you.
Fears can be useful to keep you safe,
And some can keep you determined to change your life,
Because there's a fear of what will happen if you don't.
You want both movers,
Desire and fear,
To serve your path.
So,
What do you dream of having or doing that inspires you to work for it?
What do you fear will happen if you don't change?
Now,
Step four,
Empower your beliefs.
Beliefs are messages,
Your inner narrative or self-talk.
Stories you tell yourself,
Sometimes they empower you,
Sometimes they limit you.
Life breakthroughs can happen when you change a limiting belief into an empowering one.
So reflect on this.
