Have you been feeling a bit lost in life?

Just drifting along without a sense of purpose or mission?

Through coaching people through personal transformation I know that there are certain key principles that help them to get there.

In this guided meditation I'll share three principles to help get you from lost to a life path with purpose.

First,

We'll relax the mind into a reflective state,

Then I'll explain each principle and ask powerful questions to help you reflect.

So make sure you're in a safe,

Quiet place,

Not driving or using machinery,

So you can relax.

This isn't medical advice or therapy,

This is about empowering your personal growth.

So,

Find a comfortable position,

Gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in,

Then a long breath out.

Take another breath like this,

Then let your breathing settle into its own natural rhythm and allow the body to relax.

Let the muscles soften,

Let the mind relax,

Calm and focused,

Ready to reflect.

So principle one,

Your ecosystem,

You've got to be able to reflect on your life from a good place,

So look at your environment and your habits,

Remove anything that saps your energy and positivity,

Let go of doom scrolling on your phone,

Minimise contact with people who drain your energy or focus entirely on themselves and never you,

Let go of overthinking your problems and start looking at solutions,

Start your day with something that uplifts you,

You need to get your head in a good place.

So using these ideas,

What are two things that would make a big difference to your life ecosystem?

Second principle,

Alignment,

For this you've got to go deep,

If you're feeling lost,

Then your life right now may not be aligned well to who you are,

You might be making compromises with your principles,

At work or in relationships,

You might not feel you have enough time to focus on what really matters to you,

If this happens over a longer time your mood can drop,

So start spending some time looking at who you are,

Your values,

Your principles,

Your passions,

Then you reflect on what life changes you can make to align your life more with that,

So think,

What are your most cherished values or principles in life,

And what is one change you can make to align your life more with that?

Third principle,

Momentum,

To get yourself out of that lost feeling,

The initial changes can be the hardest,

Because you've got to overcome existing patterns in your life,

So once you have an idea of what life changes you need to happen,

You need that positive momentum of making the first few steps,

Showing you have control and power over your own life,

For some people that will be going for the easiest steps first,

Small things,

And then you build energy to tackle the big things,

For others they go for the biggest things first,

Then the rest feels easy,

Whatever gets you momentum,

What do you think your approach needs to be?

And what first two steps would give you momentum?

Well done,

Now open your eyes,

Bringing with you any insights you've had,

These three principles,

Ecosystem,

Alignment and momentum can play a powerful role in you going from lost to a truly exciting life path.
