Welcome to the Intuitive Intelligence Micro Method brought to you by the Institute for Intuitive Intelligence.
We use this guided practice whenever we are experiencing stress,
Anxiety or physical pain in our body.
This practice will permanently rewire the subconscious fear program that sits behind the stressful or anxiety ridden thought.
To begin,
Find a time and place where you won't be disturbed.
Take a comfortable seat with your spine straight.
Notice the stressful or anxiety ridden thought or physical symptom.
Don't be afraid to feel what you're feeling here.
Within a few short minutes,
We'll permanently change the subconscious program.
Now rate the stressful thought or physical symptom on a scale of 1 to 10,
10 being the most intense.
Our aim is to bring that number down with this micro method.
With your eyes closed,
Take a deep breath in through your nose now and let it go out through your mouth with an audible sigh.
For the remainder of the practice,
Maintain a slightly extended breath.
With our eyes closed,
Our breath deepened,
We're signifying to our physiology that we're very safe.
And we're withdrawing our attention from the superficial world to go within,
To the world within the world.
Place two fingers now lightly at the center of your chest and ask silently or out loud,
What is the dominant fear in this situation?
You will see,
Hear,
Feel or know the answer.
It will be as brief as one word,
One image,
A sound or a short phrase.
Your intuition is instant and precise.
Now we're going to transmute that fear by holding a high vibrational feeling state.
We do this together,
Simply by turning our mental energy,
Our mind,
To images of memories,
Events,
People or places that elicit strong feelings of gratitude,
Appreciation,
Joy,
Freedom.
Use your mind now to bring these feelings to a point of fullness.
This is not a relaxation practice.
Be disciplined,
Bringing your mind continually back to those images that evoke these strong feelings,
These strong high vibrational feeling states.
If you like,
You might settle your mind on one particular image,
One face,
One memory.
Or let your mind offer you a whole smorgasbord of images that evoke these strong feelings.
Let these feelings grow and expand until they feel like they're filling your whole being.
We'll move into silence now to allow you to build these mental images that evoke these strong feelings of joy,
Appreciation,
Freedom and gratitude.
Good night.
Now,
Letting go of those mental images,
Take a deep breath in and let it go out through the mouth.
Very gently look around for the stressful or anxiety ridden thought,
That fear or physical symptom that you began with,
That you rated on a scale of 1 to 10.
When you find it,
Rate it again,
Knowing that this number will come to you instantly.
If the number is above 2,
3 or more,
Repeat,
Evoking these strong feelings of gratitude up to 2 more times each time for around a minute.
We are permanently rewiring the neural pathways in the brain and programming the subconscious with a new higher frequency.
This work is permanent.
If your number is 2 or below,
Lower your hand to your lap,
Take another deep breath in and let it go.
When you're ready,
Gently blinking,
Open your eyes and welcome yourself back to this new reality.
