And just pause for a moment,
Bring your awareness to your breath.
And as you exhale,
Have a gentle use of your voice,
Making a sigh of relief,
Sounding like this.
Really imagining that someone's taking a load off your shoulders,
Does something for you that you don't have to do anymore.
Imagining that feeling,
That sense of relief that that brings,
And sighing that.
So it's not a forced exhale,
It's a very gentle addition of your voice as you exhale,
Allowing the inhale to come naturally afterwards,
And exhaling again,
Adding that sigh of relief.
And just noticing,
Sensing that vibration of your voice in your body,
Placing your hand on your belly or on your chest,
If that's helpful.
And just being here with yourself in this moment,
Having this sigh of relief,
Feeling your body,
Feeling the vibration,
Ever so gently using your voice to bring that relief into your system.
And just notice what that does for you.
