I invite you to connect with yourself. Leave the mess of the day, stop for a moment, to focus on you. Feel how you are. Your body, your mind, your emotions, your environment. What do you notice? What do you need? This is a short practice, that you can do wherever you are, sitting, standing, or lying down. I'll guide you through your body, connecting you with yourself and then with the environment surrounding you. This short practice can help you center yourself and make you feel more grounded and connected to your body. This can reduce stress, anxiety, and your pain experience.

Hello,

I just wanted to share a short practice with you To kind of bring you back to the present moment To kind of help you feel your body feel how you're doing wherever you are Take a moment whether you're seated whether you're lying down whether you're standing To just take a moment to if it's possible if it feels comfortable you can close your eyes But if it's more comfortable to keep them open that's also fine,

So you don't have to do anything or change anything Just take this moment to To arrive here in in the space where you are sensing your feet Noticing if they're touching the ground if you're standing on them if you're lying down Which parts of your feet are touching something?

Noticing your legs how they're placed in relation to the rest of your body Noticing the pelvis hips Sensing where they are and how they are doing what you're feeling Continuing to sensing the hands and the arms noticing where they are in space Sensing the shoulders shoulder blades Noticing what you notice Sensing your neck Your head The face and just noticing There's any tension there if it's relaxed What can you sense?

In that area and Moving down from the head Into the chest Into the belly to the back the whole torso With the organs that are in there Maybe you can sense the beating of your heart movement in your belly Maybe you're sensing the movement of the breath And then with this awareness zooming out a bit sensing your whole body Seeing if in your awareness you can make space for your whole body to enter in there The awareness of the inside of yourself And Then allowing that to also connect to the outside noticing sounds that you might hear birds or cars or whatever sounds are entering into your ears into your hearing And if you have the eyes open The visuals that you have also with the eyes closed.

It's never just black.

There's always Things to be seen even with the eyes closed,

So just notice what you see allowing that to enter into your awareness without Changing anything Or getting involved into it Noticing maybe the taste in your mouth smells of the environment that you're in Just allowing that to be Just taking a couple of more breaths here noticing whatever there is to notice Sensing experiencing And then just allow yourself to come back into the present moment The present alive moment where you can interact again with whatever surrounds you with your attention more outwards as Well as still a little bit inwards But ready to continue with the rest of your day And I hope this short practice has given you a little bit of a of an awareness of your being a bit of a Yeah,

Calming the system down a bit Bit of more reconnection to yourself So have a lovely day,

And hopefully see you soon
