Peace of mind experiencing the presence.

As I take a deep breath and begin to relax,

I listen to this recording,

I am open and receptive to the words that I hear.

I am willing to receive these words into my mind and into my heart.

I trust that these are words that are supportive and will help me experience deeper peace of mind.

I am willing to relax,

Trust and allow these words of peace to impact me deeply and give me the wise and peaceful directives in which to support my ability to experience peace,

Well-being and presence right here and right now.

And right now I begin to scan my body and my emotions and I simply observe whatever is going on in me.

I accept it without judgment and I simply observe it.

I simply scan through my memory my life situations right now and simply allow it to be as it is,

Right here and right now.

I allow without any judgment at all,

All experiences to be simply as they are.

And I bring my awareness to my breath.

I breathe in and I breathe out,

Simply noticing my breath.

And as I breathe I scan my body and simply notice as all tension is beginning to be released,

As I move into a deeper relaxation.

I am completely aware of my body and I am completely in my body right now.

I let go of all thoughts of the past or of the future and simply bring my awareness to this moment right here,

Right now.

Not needing it to be different in any way,

I accept it as it is,

Right here and right now.

I breathe in and out,

Nothing to do,

Nothing to know.

And as thoughts come and go,

I simply allow them to dissipate easily and effortlessly.

Like the dissolving of an Alka-Seltzer tablet in water,

It just dissolves.

Thoughts dissolve and what is left is an effervescent field of pure potentiality.

Right here and right now.

Peace is.

Right here.

Right now.

I experience the presence.

And now I allow myself to move even deeper into a deeper state of rest and relaxation.

And as I count backwards from ten to one,

I imagine that I am walking down a glass staircase,

Taking me even deeper into a state of relaxation,

Rest,

And complete calmness,

Complete presence.

As I descend this staircase,

I know what awaits me is the loving energy,

The loving presence.

Of complete calmness and complete acceptance.

I stay present with every step as I walk down the staircase.

I hear every number and my focus is clearly available to me.

As I see the glass staircase in front of me,

I gently take the first step.

Ten.

Nine.

Moving deeper into a deep state of relaxation.

Eight.

Seven.

Rest and relaxed.

Six.

Five.

Four.

Deeper and deeper.

Three.

Two.

To the bottom step.

One.

As I stand flooded in the light.

Flooded in the light of ultimate peace.

Love.

And the presence of the loving energy of the divine presence in whatever form you would like to see.

I am completely bathed in the light of this presence.

And completely calm and relaxed.

There is nothing to do.

Nothing to fix.

Nothing to know.

The only thing is I experience and receive the light of this presence.

And I completely surrender to this presence.

To its light.

And to its love.

I rest and relax in this presence.

I am cradled in love in the light of this presence.
